Orndoff-Cross House, also known as the Henry Orndoff House, is a historic home located at Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia. It was built about 1796 and consists of a log house with additions. The earliest addition dates from about 1830 and the latest from the 1990s. It is a two-story vernacular residence topped by a standing seam metal, side gable roof. Also on the property is a meat-hanging shed of log construction (c. 1796).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

Miller Tavern and Farm is a historic home and farm located near Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia. The main house is L-shaped and consists of a vernacular tavern building, built about 1813, to which is appended a Greek Revival-style "I"-house built about 1831. The house of painted brick and wood construction. It has an intersecting gable roof structure clad in standing seam metal. Also on the contributing property is the Dr. John Magruder House (c. 1880), privy (c. 1935), smokehouse (c. 1900), barn (c. 1900), bank barn (c. 1900), and two sheds (c. 1900).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Rockland, also known as Verdier Plantation, Schley Farm and Knode House, was built by James Verdier between 1771 and 1785 near Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Verdier was a Huguenot, the son of a French silk weaver, who married Lady Susanna Monei and came to North America to escape religious persecution. In America he became a tanner, with tanneries in Martinsburg, West Virginia, Sharpsburg, Maryland and Shepherdstown. His children founded Verdiersville, Virginia after his death. The older portion of the house is stone masonry. A brick Victorian style addition was built in 1897.Built largely of limestone, the two-story, five-bay center hall house has sandstone accents. A basement kitchen is accessed by a door in the gable end. The interior was remodeled with Greek Revival detailing in the nineteenth century.

Jacob VanDoren House, also known as "Allen Dale," is a historic home located near Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia. It was built between 1830 and 1836, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, stucco coated stone house in the Greek Revival style. It has a hip roof with balustraded deck and measures 49 feet wide by 44 feet deep. It features a one-story, one bay, entrance porch with a hip roof supported by Ionic order columns.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

It is centered on the intersection or "crossroad" of the Warm Springs Road with Van Clevesville Road and Winebrenner Road. The Crossroad area is the site of the 18th century Strayer-Couchman House listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Swan Pond Manor Historic District is a national historic district located near Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia, U.S.A. It encompasses 21 contributing buildings, one site, and one structure, over 2,465 acres. The agricultural district boundaries reflect the Swan Pond Manor land of Thomas Fairfax, 6th Lord Fairfax of Cameron, which he set aside in 1747 as a part of his Northern Neck Territory for his personal use. Notable buildings include the Capt. James Mason House, Kroh-Sprinkle House (1819), Jacob A. Small House, Robert Carter Willis House, Dr. Williams House (a Greek Revival style house built c. 1840), "Hollidale," and "Wood Haven" (1895), Raleigh Morgan House. Also located in the district is the separately listed Swan Pond.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Swan Pond, also known as "Folkland" and the Dr. Edward O. Williams House, is a historic home located near Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia, United States. It was built after 1810, and has a 2+1⁄2-story, five bay wide, brick main section with a brick wing. The house is in a transitional Georgian / Federal-style. Also on the property is a 19th-century log outbuilding. As of January 11, 2023 the historic home and surrounding acreage returned to the ownership of the Folk family when former West Virginia State Delegate Michael Folk and his wife, Stella, purchased the 5 bedroom 4 bath home on the remaining 60+- acres.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. It is located in the Swan Pond Manor Historic District.

Fruit Hill, also known as the Robinson-Andrews-Hoxton House, is a Greek Revival house near Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The original two-story stone house on the property was probably built by Henry Cookus circa 1766. This house was built over a watercourse, assuring a reliable supply of water on what was then the frontier. The main Greek Revival house was built in the 1830s by Archibald Robinson, and the house remains in the hands of the family. The interior of the house includes a three-story open staircase.

Rose Hill Farm, also known as the James-Marshall-Snyder Farm, is a double-pile, two story brick farmhouse with Greek Revival features near Shepherdstown, West Virginia. A log house on the property was built circa 1795, while the brick house was built around 1835. It is believed that the log house was built by Samuel Davenport, who leased the land from the Stephen family. In 1821 the property was sold to Thomas James.

The James Marshall House, also known as Marshall Hall, Marshall-Myers-Byron House and Windward is a property near Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The house was built circa 1835 by James Marshall and was known as "Marshall Hall" until about 1914. It became known as "Windward" in 1966. Windward is a two-story L-shaped house in with Greek Revival elements. The brick structure features a small one story Greek Revival pedimented porch on a relatively plain facade. The flush cornices and simplified detailing are characteristic of an understated application of the Greek Revival style. The slate roof is a clipped hip form that follows the L shape of the plan.The interior features Greek Revival detailing with plain surfaces. The center hall plan features a large parlor to the left of the hall, with a small parlor and library to the right. A kitchen and dining room are located in the rear extension, with a galleried porch aligning with the center hall. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs in the main section, with two chambers over the kitchen wing.The foundation of a barn that burned in the early 1900s are visible, as well as the outline of what is believed to be a now-vanished log kitchen, noted in the Jefferson County deed book as having living quarters above.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
