Woodlawn, also known as the Thomas England House, was a historic home located near Smyrna, Kent County, Delaware. It was first known as Morris Rambles when built in 1741 by James Morris of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1853, it was sold by Elizabeth Berry Morris (the granddaughter of James Morris) to cousin George Wilson Cummins. After extensive renovations, the mansion was renamed Woodlawn. It was a two-story, five-bay temple-fronted frame dwelling in the Greek Revival-style. It had a gable roof and featured a monumental pedimented portico supported by six Doric order columns. It had a one-story kitchen wing with a low hipped roof.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The house was demolished on July 14, 2017, despite community efforts to preserve it.

Alfred L. Hudson House is a historic home and farm located at Kenton, Kent County, Delaware. The house dates to about 1880, and is a two-story, five-bay, center hall plan frame dwelling in a blended Queen Anne / Gothic Revival style. It has a cross gable roof and a bracketed heavy roof cornice. Also on the property are a contributing large gambrel-roofed barn, 2+1⁄2-story granary, chicken house, a milk house, machine shed and garage.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The listing included two contributing buildings on 10 acres (4.0 ha).Baynard House has also been named Fox Hall.The cupola-topped Bannister Hall building "may have been the first pre-fabricated house erected in Delaware" although in appearance it is "typical of Delaware country mansions of the Victorian period."

Clayton Railroad Station is a historic railway station located at Clayton, Kent County, Delaware. It was built about 1855, and is a one-story, five-bay, brick, Italianate-style building. It as a low hip roof which extends about three feet from the building forming an overhang. It was built by the Delaware Railroad and remained in use as a passenger service into the 1950s. It later housed an antique shop.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Ivy Dale Farm, also known as Ivy Green and the Hoffecker Farm, is a historic home located near Smyrna, Kent County, Delaware. It built about 1786, as a modest house, probably erected on the "Resurrection Manor" plan, with a rear kitchen outbuilding. It was remodeled and enlarged in 1845, in a Georgian plan. The brick veneer house is two-stories, five bays wide, with a gable roof and rear wing. The front facade features a three bay, centered, frame porch. It was the home of Congressman John H. Hoffecker and his son Congressman Walter O. Hoffecker.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
