George Farmhouse

Old Brick Store, also known as the Old Brick Hotel and The Granary, is a historic commercial building located near Smyrna, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1764, and is a two- to three-story, three bay brick building. The building marks the location of what may have been a grain shipping center for southern New Castle County.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Savin-Wilson House, also known as the Dew Duck Inn Hunting Club and John B. Savin House, is a historic home located near Smyrna, Kent County, Delaware. It built about 1820, and consists of a two-story, five-bay, gable-roofed brick main block with a one-story, gable-roofed frame kitchen wing. It is in a late Georgian / Federal vernacular style.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

They are the brick hotel (c. 1780), a frame Federal-style mansion house (c. 1800), a small abandoned factory, and an extensive collection of outbuildings including a stable, granaries and storage sheds. The hotel is a two-story, five bay brick vernacular structure. The frame mansion house has a traditional center-hall, single-pile floor plan. The frame leadite factory was in operation mainly from the 1920s to the late 1940s.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Ivy Dale Farm, also known as Ivy Green and the Hoffecker Farm, is a historic home located near Smyrna, Kent County, Delaware. It built about 1786, as a modest house, probably erected on the "Resurrection Manor" plan, with a rear kitchen outbuilding. It was remodeled and enlarged in 1845, in a Georgian plan. The brick veneer house is two-stories, five bays wide, with a gable roof and rear wing. The front facade features a three bay, centered, frame porch. It was the home of Congressman John H. Hoffecker and his son Congressman Walter O. Hoffecker.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
