Abu Dhabi Medical Congress, popularly known as Abu Dhabi Med, is a medical healthcare exhibition and conference held annually at Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is the only event in the world that brings Emergency services, Patient Safety, Primary Healthcare and Rehabilitation businesses, organizations and professionals together under-one-roof for scientific and commercial exchange. During the event, international and local companies to showcase their latest products and innovations within the Emergency, Primary Healthcare, Patient Safety, Rehabilitation and Dentistry sectors. The Congress also serves as a platform for scientific exchange via the accompanying multi-track conference programme dedicated to these healthcare areas. It is organised by Informa Exhibitions which also organises Arab Health. The Abu Dhabi Medical Congress is the fastest growing event of its kind.It is held annually at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) and the event attracts more than 5000 professionals working in the Primary Healthcare, Emergency, Patient Safety, Rehabilitation and Pharma sectors across the Middle East. In 2011 the Abu Dhabi Medical Exhibition & Congress occupied over 5,000 square meters with 120 exhibitors from 24 countries showcasing their products and services at the event. Exhibitors showcase ambulances, defibrillators, immobilization devices, mobile surgical equipment, rapid infusion systems, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, disposables, dietary management systems, autoclaves, bandages & dressings, clinical waste management, dental equipment & supplies, disinfectants.Alongside the exhibition runs a congress programme to discuss current goals, review tools for implementation, and meet the challenges of new and emerging healthcare dilemmas in the region. Ten different CME accredited congresses with a panel of more than 250 international speakers analyse the current best approaches for each sector involved in the congress.

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (commonly abbreviated ADNEC) is an exhibition centre in Abu Dhabi. It was opened by Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates on February 18, 2007. It was designed by the international architecture firm, RMJM. The venue is the largest exhibition centre in the Middle East with a total space of 153,678m2 indoor and outdoor space. ADNEC has a large seating capacity in its several locations in the venue. This includes, 12 interconnected exhibition halls, an atrium, concourse space, a 6000 capacity ICC, two conference halls as well 21 meeting rooms. Marina Hall, due to open in Autumn 2022, will be the largest hall of its kind in the region, a 10,000sqm space that enables organisers to create showcases both on and off the water. The hall will be connected to ADNEC via a footbridge and easily accessible from Khaleej Al Arabi Street.The exhibition centre has stimulated development around it, most notable the Capital Centre and Capital Gate projects.

Capital Gate, also known as the Leaning Tower of Abu Dhabi, is a skyscraper in Abu Dhabi that is over 160 meters (520 ft) tall, 35 stories high, with over 16,000 square meters (170,000 sq ft) of usable office space. Capital Gate is one of the tallest buildings in the city and was designed to incline 18° west, more than four times the lean of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The building is owned and was developed by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company. The tower is the focal point of Capital Centre.

Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA) (Arabic: أكاديمية أنور قرقاش الدبلوماسية), formerly the Emirates Diplomatic Academy (EDA) (Arabic: أكاديمية الإمارات الدبلوماسية), is an autonomous federal diplomatic research and civil service training institute in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2014 by the country's Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, it serves members of the UAE's foreign service community and prepares Emirati diplomats as well as other professionals to advance the country's foreign affairs interests overseas.It was renamed in honor of Anwar Mohammed Gargash in 2021 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan following the end of his 13-year tenure as the United Arab Emirate's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

The UAE Public Library and Cultural Center is actually three buildings: a 1,000,000 volume National Library, a performance auditorium and a Conference/Exhibit Center. The site includes a main entrance court with a central fountain, an amphitheater for public & children's performances and a parking facility. Designed by architect Hisham N. Ashkouri as the 1st Prize entry in an International Design Competition in 1976, the design is representative of most modern construction technologies but incorporates local architectural styles and elements, such as decorative glazed brick tiled arcades. Construction was completed in 1982. The total building cost in today's dollars was $56.1 M. The building was demolished to form another set of buildings called The Qasr Al Hosn which serves as a museum and an exhibition center about the U.A.E's culture. Every year a grand exhibition called Al Hosn is hosted there.
