The Armenian Medical Museum (Harutyun Minasian's private collection) was opened on May 18, 1999 in Yerevan.

The Shengavit Medical Center (Armenian: Շենգավիթ բժշկական կենտրոն) is a multi-disciplinary therapeutic and diagnostic hospital facilities in Yerevan, Armenia. It is the base of the clinical postgraduate training for Yerevan State Medical University and the Ministry of Health (Armenia). The Center operates the following services: obstetrics, operative and endoscopic gynecology, oncology, reproductology, general and endoscopic surgery, micro- and plastic surgery, vascular surgery, ophthalmology, ENT, anesthesiology and critical care medicine, dentistry, diagnostic center, and a clinical laboratory. There are 65 beds available in the hospital, with an average of 7000 patients served per year.

Yerevan Mall (Armenian: Երևան Մոլ) is a shopping mall located on Arshakunyats Avenue, Yerevan, Armenia. Opened in 2014, it is the largest mall in Armenia in terms of number of stores and total floor area. A Carrefour hypermarket was opened in the mall on 11 March 2015. KinoPark, a movie theater, and Captain Kid's treasure island, the biggest indoor entertainment center in Armenia, are located at Yerevan Mall. Yerevan Mall operates under the management of Galaxy Group of Companies, a holding company founded in 1999.

Gortsaranain (Armenian: Գործարանային) is a Yerevan Metro station. It was opened to the public on 11 June 1983.

Shengavit (Armenian: Շենգավիթ), is a Yerevan Metro station. It was opened to public on December 26, 1985. Located on Soghomon Tarontsi street within the Artur Karapetyan park, the station serves the Shengavit District. Shengavit station connects the Gortsaranain station with the Garegin Nzhdeh station. There is also a secondary line that connects Shengavit with the Charbakh station.

Garegin Nzhdeh Square (Armenian: Գարեգին Նժդեհի Հրապարակ) is a Yerevan Metro station. It was opened to the public on 4 January 1987 and located on Garegin Nzhdeh Square. Formerly known by the name Spandaryan Square, it was renamed as a tribute to the Armenian independence hero, Garegin Nzhdeh.

Garegin Nzhdeh Square (Armenian: Գարեգին Նժդեհի Հրապարակ, romanized: Garegin Nzhdehi hraparak), formerly Souren Spandaryan Square (Armenian: Սուրեն Սպանդարյանի հրապարակ, romanized: Souren Spandaryani hraparak), is the second largest square in the city of Yerevan, Armenia. It is located in the Shengavit district, to the south of the city centre. The square is intersected by the following streets: Garegin Nzhdeh, Manandian, Yeghbayrutian and Bagratuniats. The square was officially opened on 30 April 1959. The statue of the Bolshevik leader Suren Spandaryan is erected in the square since 1990. The square was renamed after the Armenian National Hero Garegin Nzhdeh on 25 May 1991.The metro station of Garegin Nzhdeh Square and the "Metro Theatre" hall are located underground the square.

Hakob Hamazaspi Manandian (Armenian: Հակոբ Համազասպի Մանանդյան; November 22, 1873 – February 4, 1952) was an Armenian historian, philologist, and member of the Academy of Sciences of Armenia (1943) and the Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Union (1939).His most important work is A Critical Survey of the History of the Armenian People (vols. 1–3, 1945–57). He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.

David of Sasun (Armenian: Սասունցի Դավիթ) is a Yerevan Metro station. It is one of the original metro stations in the city of Yerevan and was opened to the public on 7 March 1981. It is connected to the adjacent Yerevan railway station by a pedestrian tunnel. It is named for David of Sassoun, a statue of whom stands outside the railway station.

Komitas Park and Pantheon (Armenian: Կոմիտասի անվան զբոսայգի և պանթեոն) is located in Yerevan's Shengavit District, on the right side of the main Arshakunyats Avenue, in Armenia. It was formed in 1936 after the demolition of the "Mler" cemetery and its historic chapel. Many outstanding figures of Armenia's artistic world are buried here, including Komitas (1869–1935), the founder of Armenian national music, for whom it is named.

Shengavit (Armenian: Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջան, romanized: Shengavit’ varch’akan shrjan), is one of the 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, located at the southwestern part of the city. It has common borders with the districts of Malatia-Sebastia, Kentron, Erebuni and Nubarashen. Ararat Province forms the southern borders of the district.

Verin Shengavit (Armenian: Վերին Շենգավիթ, also, Verin Shengavit’, Verkhniy Shinkovit, Verkhniy Shengavit, Shinkovit, Shingaīt, and Shengavit) is a part of Shengavit District in Yerevan, Armenia.
