Fagley House is a historic home located in West Pikeland Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1860, and is a three-story, five bay by two bay, random fieldstone structure. It has a gable roof and a one-story porch supported by four Doric order columns.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

It is impounded to form the Pickering Creek Reservoir in Schuylkill Township, near the borough of Phoenixville, just above the creek's confluence with the Schuylkill River. The Pickering Creek Trail follows the creek for part of its length. The Pickering Valley Railroad formerly ran in the valley as well.

Chester Springs Historic District, also known as The Old Art School, Orphan's School, Yellow Springs Spa, and Good News Buildings, is a national historic district located in West Pikeland Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The district includes 7 contributing buildings, 1 contributing site, and 1 contributing structure in the spa community of Chester Springs. The district includes the old hotel and inn, two large residences, a bath house at one end of the springs, and a studio. It also includes a wooden summer house that enclosed the iron springs. The property was the site of a hospital commissioned by the Continental Congress and built in 1777. The three-story, 106 feet by 36 feet wide building burned in 1902, was reconstructed, then burned again in the 1960s. The Yellow Springs resort operated in the early-mid 19th century and many of the buildings date from that period.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.

The property includes the site of two mills, a stone dam, a mill house, stone bank barn, and outbuildings. A former three-story grist mill built in 1860 has been converted to residential use. There is a four-story, three bay by three bay, fieldstone mill building. A five-bay, frame house has been built on the foundations of a former saw mill. The main house was built in 1801, and is a 2 1/2-story, fieldstone dwelling with a gable roof and two-story rear wing.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

French Creek Farm, also known as The Aman Farm, is a historic farm and national historic district located in West Vincent Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The farm has four contributing buildings. They are a stone spring house (1795), stuccoed small barn and wagonshed (1796–97), 2+1⁄2-story stone smokehouse (1799), and the farmhouse. The farmhouse was built in three stages and is a 2+1⁄2-story, six-bay stone dwelling with a gable roof. The oldest section was built in 1804–04, with additions made in 1808 and 1812.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
