363 Copa De Oro Road, often referred to as The Pink Palace, is a luxurious red-brick mock 18th-century French mansion on Copa De Oro Road in the affluent East Gate Bel Air neighborhood in the hills of Los Angeles, California. It lies in very close proximity to Château des Fleurs and Bel-Air Country Club and is noted for being the home of numerous celebrities including Dean Martin, Tom Jones and Nicolas Cage.

The Sol Wurtzel House at 10539 Bellagio Road is a house designed by Wallace Neff for the film producer Sol M. Wurtzel and his wife, Marian. It is situated on Bellagio Road, in Bel Air, Los Angeles.Neff received the commission in 1930 and the house was completed in 1932. It was set over a 1.5 acre site, and was 9,000 sq ft in size in 1991. The house is designed in a semicircle which fits the natural contour of the terrain. The house has two distinctive staircases which lead from the principal rooms of the house to a large terrace and tennis court. The main entrance to the house is framed by an elaborate a pair Corinthian columns two storeys in height topped with a broken pediment and urn.Neff designed all rooms to "have at least two exposures opening onto wide loggias and terraces which overlook the gardens and on beyond to the sea" to enhance the views from the property. The house is 180 ft in length and situated on a 1.5 acre site that overlooks the Bel-Air Country Club. A large terrace and loggia with swimming pool was added by Neff to the west side of the house in 1939. A library and four bedrooms were situated on the second floor at the time of its construction, it had five bedrooms and seven bathrooms at the time of its 2019 sale with separate staff and guest rooms. The house was modelled by Neff on the Villa Giulia designed by Giacomo Barozzi da Vignola for Pope Julius III. Kevin Starr praises the "splendiferous theatricality" of the house in his 1991 book Material Dreams: Southern California Through the 1920s.Wurtzel's wife, Marian, decorated the house with reproduction antique furniture and English silver and crystal chandeliers sourced from Italy.The physic and astrologer Anthony Norvell acquired the house for $125,000 in 1953 (equivalent to $1,367,226 in 2022). It was the home of the British actor Reginald Owen in the 1950s; Owen sold it to Dolly Green in 1962. Green was the last surviving child of Burton Green, the co-founder of Beverly Hills. Green lived in the house from the early 1970s until her death in 1991. It was sold for $4.78 million in 1991 (equivalent to $10,270,051 in 2022) to the television producer William J. Bell, having previously been offered at $6.9 million. It was bought by businessman Jay Stein in 2019 for $31 million having been on the market since 2018 with an asking price of $37.5 million.

With 140 faculty members teaching 335 undergrads and 296 graduate students, the teacher to student ratio is about 1:5.

H. Robsjohn-Gibbings. It has twice established a record for the most expensive house sold in the United States.

De Neve Square Park is a quaint urban pocket park located in the neighborhood of Holmby Hills in West Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California. It is located at the northern terminus of Mapleton Drive where it meets Saint Pierre Road at Beverly Glen Boulevard, where Holmby Hills borders East Gate Bel Air to the west. The trapezoidal (rather than square) park is ringed by mature sycamore trees as well as English-style street lamps from the 1920s (created exclusively for Holmby Hills). De Neve Square Park is one of two parks in Holmby Hills (the other being Holmby Park). De Neve Square Park is dedicated to the memory of Felipe de Neve, regarded as the founder of Los Angeles in 1781.

Olympia Towers, is a proposed development consisting of a three-tower residential and retail complex in Downtown Los Angeles, California, immediately north of Crypto.com Arena, L.A. Live and the Los Angeles Convention Center.The Olympia Towers development is currently proposed as three towers. Olympia Tower I is currently proposed as 65 floors of residential, Olympia Tower II as 53 and Olympia Tower III as 43. The site bordering the 110 Harbor Freeway is currently a parking lot.

The Franklin D. Murphy Sculpture Garden is one of the most comprehensive sculpture gardens in the United States. The garden is located on the campus of the University of California, Los Angeles and is run by the Hammer Museum. The sculpture garden was founded in 1967. It spans more than five acres and currently has more than 70 international sculptures, by figural and abstract artists such as Jean Arp, Deborah Butterfield, Alexander Calder, Barbara Hepworth, Jacques Lipchitz, Henry Moore, Isamu Noguchi, Auguste Rodin, David Smith, Claire Falkenstein, Gaston Lachaise, Henri Matisse, Francisco Zúñiga, and others.

The Hannah Carter Japanese Garden is a private Japanese garden located in Bel Air, Los Angeles, California. Known as Shikyo-en when completed in 1961, it emphasizes water, stones, and evergreen plants. The naturalistic hillside site features streams, a waterfall, a tea house, and blooming magnolia and camellia trees. According to the Los Angeles Conservancy, the garden is among the largest and most significant private residential Japanese-style gardens built in the United States in the immediate Post-World War II period. The garden was donated to the University of California, Los Angeles in 1965 and open to the public until 2011. Following a legal dispute with Hannah Carter's children, it was sold to a private citizen in 2016.

668 St. Cloud Road (previously 666 St. Cloud Road) was a residence in the Bel-Air district of Los Angeles. It was occupied by Nancy and Ronald Reagan from 1989 until their respective deaths. The interior was designed by Peter Schifando, a protégé of Ted Graber. An auction at Christie's of items from the Reagans' private collections from the house took place in 2016.

The UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs is the public affairs/public service graduate school at UCLA. The school consists of three graduate departments—Public Policy, Social Welfare, and Urban Planning—and an undergraduate program in Public Affairs that began accepting students in 2018. In all, the school offers three undergraduate minors, the undergraduate major, three master's degrees, and two doctoral degrees. It was formerly known as the School of Public Policy and Social Research.

The Charles E. Young Research Library is one of the largest libraries on the campus of the University of California, Los Angeles in Westwood, Los Angeles, California. It initially opened in 1964, and a second phase of construction was completed in 1970. Interior renovations took place in 2009 and 2011. Located at the northern edge of the campus, the building was designed by A. Quincy Jones and Frederick Earl Emmons in the Mid-Century Modern style. Jones was the dean of USC's School of Architecture from 1951 to 1967. The building features a concrete skeleton, dark glass windows and deep floorplate.The upper floors of the library are meant primarily for faculty and graduate students who wish to conduct research. The library holds resources in the humanities, social sciences, education, public affairs, government information, journals, newspapers, and maps.

The Elmer Belt Library of Vinciana is a special collection at the University of California, Los Angeles which focuses on Leonardo da Vinci – life, art, thought, and enduring cultural influence. It is the most extensive research collection concerning Leonardo in the United States. It was donated to UCLA in several installments between 1961 and 1966 by Dr. Elmer Belt (1893-1980), an internationally recognized urologist; a pioneer in gender-affirming surgery; a strong supporter in the founding of the UCLA School of Medicine; an important public health advocate; and a lifelong bibliophile and book collector. The Elmer Belt Library of Vinciana was officially dedicated in 1966 when UCLA opened in its Dickson Art Center a suite of wood-paneled and antique-filled rooms especially designed to house Belt’s collection. However, in 2002, the Dickson Art Center was transformed into the Broad Art Center, and the Belt Library was removed from its quarters and ultimately its holdings were integrated into UCLA Library Special Collections.
