Joseph Price House

Thomas Marble Quarry Houses is a set of three historic homes located in West Whiteland Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. They are the Quarry Master's House and two worker's houses. They are all stuccoed stone structures. The property includes the site of the quarry and vestiges of two lime kilns and ruins from the quarry operation.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Erected between 1744 and 1754, the buildings are made of frame and stone and formed part of the extensive Thomas family holdings in the area. The Whitford Lodge is a historic building located in Exton in West Whiteland Township, Pennsylvania, in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Politician and soldier Richard Thomas constructed the lodge in 1782. It is one of three surviving historic residences constructed by Thomas in West Whiteland Township, the others being Whitford Hall and Ivy Cottage. It is in the Whiteland Towne Center where it was once an old inn that once sat next to the Exton Diner at the site of the Exton Drive In Theater. It once housed a branch of the Hudson United Bank which became TD Bank. According to another source, the building was built in 1788 where travelers would read a sign that said "Whitford Lodge - Team Room." The lodge was originally built along a rural stretch of U.S. Route 30 (now U.S. Route 30 Business), also known as the Lincoln Highway.

Ivy Cottage is a historic residence located in Exton, a census-designated place in West Whiteland Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Built in 1799 by politician and soldier Richard Thomas, the cottage started out as a plain stone farmhouse in the double-door Georgian style. It underwent extensive renovations and embellishments in the Queen Anne style in 1881 followed by an award-winning restoration in 2019. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on November 9, 2018.

Built about 1796 by Richard Thomas, the house is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay brick dwelling in the Federal style. It has a gable roof with dormers, service wing, and frame additions. Also on the property are a stone shed, tenant house, and carriage house. It is one of three surviving historic residences constructed by Richard Thomas, the others being Whitford Lodge and Ivy Cottage.Whitford Hall was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The original house was a two-story, five bay rectangular brick dwelling faced with blue limestone in a Late Gothic Revival style. It has a service wing and the pentagonal library wing was added in 1896.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Riter Boyer House is a historic home located in West Whiteland Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The house was built in three sections, with the oldest sections dated to about 1800. The oldest part is a 2+1⁄2-story, three-bay pointed-stone structure with a rear stuccoed-stone kitchen wing. A major stuccoed-stone four-bay wing was added about 1850.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
