New Oxford High School is a midsized public high school located in the borough of New Oxford, Pennsylvania. The school is the sole high school in the Conewago Valley School District. New Oxford High School serves students from a portion of eastern Adams County. It was built between 1800 and 1823, and is a 75-foot-long (23 m), triple-arched fieldstone bridge. The bridge crosses the South Branch Conewago Creek.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

Conewago Chapel Covered Bridge, also known as the Blue Spring Covered Bridge, was a historic wooden covered bridge located in Conewago and Mount Pleasant Townships in Adams County, Pennsylvania. It was a 98-foot-long (30 m), Burr Truss arch bridge with a metal roof constructed in 1899 by J.F. Socks. It crossed the South Branch of Conewago Creek and was one of 17 historic covered bridges in Adams, Cumberland, and Perry Counties when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1980, but was destroyed in an arson fire on June 14, 1985. The bridge was removed from the NRHP in 1986.

WHVR (1280 AM) is a commercial radio station in Hanover, Pennsylvania, serving the York radio market. The station is owned by Forever Media, through licensee FM Radio Licenses, LLC and broadcasts an adult contemporary music format, known as "Happy 95.3". WHVR also carries Baltimore Orioles baseball games. By day, WHVR is powered at 5,000 watts. To protect other stations on 1280 AM from interference, WHVR reduces power at night to 500 watts. It uses a directional antenna at all times. Programming is also heard on FM translator W237EN at 95.3 MHz in Hanover. The translator has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 250 watts.
