Parks Place

The James Webb House is a property in Triune, Tennessee that dates from c.1850 and that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1988. It has also been known as Kirkview Farm.It includes Greek Revival and Italianate architecture. When listed the property included two contributing buildings and one non-contributing structure on an area of 33 acres (13 ha).It is one of about thirty fine antebellum brick and frame residences in Williamson County that survive and that were built as centers of slave plantations. It is among several "notable two-story frame residences" built in the eastern part of the county; another is the Samuel B. Lee House of Maplewood Farm. The NRHP eligibility of the property was covered in a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources.

The Joseph Scales House is a property in Triune, Tennessee, United States, that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, and delisted in 2022. It dates from c. 1845. It includes Central passage plan and other architecture. When listed the property included four contributing buildings, and three contributing structures on 92 acres (37 ha). The NRHP eligibility for the property was addressed in a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources.

Kirkland is an unincorporated community in Williamson County, Tennessee. Kirkland is located on U.S. Route 31A and U.S. Route 41A, 14 miles (23 km) southeast of Franklin.

The James Scales House, built c. 1885 in Kirkland, Tennessee, United States, along with the William W. Johnson House, another Williamson County house, are notable as late 19th century central passage plan residences that "display period decoration at eaves and porch.": 43  It includes Stick/Eastlake, I-house, and central passage plan architecture. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. When listed the property included one contributing building and three contributing structures on an area of 5.8 acres (2.3 ha).

The College Grove Methodist Church is a building in College Grove, Tennessee that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. It was built c.1888 and was designed and/or built by T.G. Slate.The church is one of the "best examples", along with the Trinity United Methodist Church on Wilson Pike, of more elaborate historic churches built in Williamson County.: 32 It includes Stick/Eastlake architecture. The listing was for an area of 2.8 acres (1.1 ha) with just one contributing building.

The Bank of College Grove in College Grove, Tennessee, opened in a frame building in 1911, and the building was significantly remodelled in 1927, with the exterior gaining a brick veneer and Doric pilasters. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.The bank had assets of $27,000 at the end of its first year, and was a successful venture for the next two decades. Unlike several other Williamson County banks in rural areas, such as Bank of Nolensville, Thompson Station Bank, and a bank at Leiper's Fork, the College Grove bank then survived the Great Depression, and continued in operation at this location until 1965, when it moved to a building next door.The property was listed on the National Register as part of a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources.

The Dr. Urban Owen House is a property in College Grove, Tennessee that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. When listed the property included one contributing building and one non-contributing structure on an area of 2.2 acres (0.89 ha).According to a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources, the house is a "good example" of a "house with vernacular designs with fine Eastlake and Queen Anne decoration" and associated with a prominent resident of Williamson County.

The Bostick Female Academy, also known as Triune School, is a property in Triune, Tennessee that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. At one time Triune had five private schools, including a Porter Female Academy that was destroyed in 1863 in the American Civil War. On the board of the Porter Female Academy was a Dr. Jonathan Bostick, a planter who later bequeathed funds to establish a female academy in Tennessee. This was to replace the Porter Academy. Following delays due to litigation of Bostick's will, the Bostick Female Academy was built and opened in 1892.The school building was designed in a Late Victorian style of architecture. The listing was for an area of 2 acres (0.81 ha) with just one contributing building.The building is an L-shaped building built in c.1892.The building operated as a private school until about 1900, then as a public school until 1957. Since then it has been used as a private home.

The William Ogilvie House is a property in College Grove, Tennessee, United States dating from c. 1800 that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. It includes Log pen and other architecture. When listed the property included two contributing buildings, five contributing structures, and one non-contributing site on an area of 73.5 acres (29.7 ha).This house is one of five log buildings built during 1798 to 1800, during the earliest settling of the area, which survive to today. Others, also NRHP-listed, are: the David McEwen House, the Andrew Crockett House, the Daniel McMahan House, and the William Boyd House.

The John S. Russwurm House is a house with Federal architecture, dating from 1819, in Triune, Tennessee that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.The listing was for one contributing building on a 1.4 acres (0.57 ha) that also included are two non-contributing buildings.It was built by John Russwurm, an early settler of the Williamson County. As of a 1988 study, the house was deemed to be the best surviving example of either a single or double cell brick residence from its era. It was built first as a one-story brick residence, and "was later enlarged with a two-story double, cell addition. This double cell arrangement is the only remaining example of this type of construction in Williamson County.": 38 The Constantine Sneed House, also NRHP-listed, seems to have had a double cell plan but has since been altered.: 38 The Russwurm house was delisted from the National Register on November 18, 2011. Delistings usually occur after a building has been demolished or otherwise lost historic integrity.

The Hartwell B. Hyde House, also known as Solitude, is a property in Triune, Tennessee that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1988.Hartwell Hyde was an early settler of the Triune area. He and William Jordan arrived in 1810; Jordan's log home is the location of the Newton Jordan House, also NRHP-listed.: 17 The Hyde House was an early plantation homes and had a flour mill and a cotton gin on the property.: 18  The Hyde plantation, with 900 acres, when owned by Mrs. E.B. Hyde, was one of a number of "productive and prosperous" antebellum plantations in the county. : 27 The Hyde House includes Double pen, dog trot, and Italianate architecture. When listed the property included two contributing buildings on an area of 1.1 acres (0.45 ha).
