Earlysville Heights is an unincorporated community in Albemarle County, Virginia.

Earlysville Union Church, also known as Earlysville Free Union Church, is a historic church located on VA 743, northwest of the junction with VA 633 in Earlysville, Albemarle County, Virginia. It was built in 1833, and is a one-story, frame building with weatherboard siding and a gable roof on a low stone foundation. Entrance to the building is by two doors on the south gable end. It measures approximately 50 feet long by 30 feet wide. The building was originally one room; a small vestibule with flanking rooms for Sunday School rooms was partitioned off around 1880. It is a rare surviving example of interdenominational churches constructed at the beginning of the 19th century in Albemarle County. It was used the Baptists, Methodists and Presbyterians until the turn of the 20th century. The building continued in use as an interdenominational Sunday School for the community until 1977. In 1995, the building underwent restoration.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport (IATA: CHO, ICAO: KCHO, FAA LID: CHO) is an airport eight miles north of Charlottesville, in Albemarle County, Virginia, United States. It opened in 1955 and serves the Charlottesville/Albemarle region with non-stop flights to five major cities on three airlines' subsidiaries. CHO underwent major construction in summer 2006; an 800-foot runway extension began in summer 2010 and was completed in December 2012.The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2021–2025 categorized it as a non-hub primary commercial service facility. Federal Aviation Administration records say it had 274,767 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year 2015 and 295,930 in 2016. The Charlottesville Albemarle Airport Authority says there were 628,611 total passengers (enplaned and deplaned) in fiscal year 2017.Piedmont Airlines DC-3s arrived in 1955; the first jets were Piedmont 727s in 1967 (the runway was extended from 4661 ft to 6000 ft at about that time). As of January 2024, the airport was served by ERJ-145, E175, and CRJ-900 aircraft.

Longwood is a historic home and farm located near Earlysville, Albemarle County, Virginia. The house was built about 1790, with additions between 1810 and 1820, and about 1940. It is a two-story, five-bay frame building with a two-story store/post office addition and a small one-story, two-bay, gable-roofed frame wing. It has Federal and Colonial Revival design elements. Also on the property are a contributing frame barn (c. 1890), a frame schoolhouse for African American students [c. 1900), a late-19th-century stone well, and the 19th-century cemetery of the Michie family.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
