Ankara Atatürk Sport Hall

Ulus is an underground station on the M1 line of the Ankara Metro in Altındağ, Ankara. The station is located beneath Istanbul Avenue at its intersection with Cumhuriyet Avenue. Ulus was opened on 29 December 1997 along with the M1 line. Ulus is located within the historic center of Ankara, with many historic government buildings in the vicinity.

The new Ankara Stadium is a football stadium under construction at the site of the historic 19 Mayıs Stadium in Altındağ, Ankara. Planned to seat 45,000, it'll be the home of MKE Ankaragücü and Gençlerbirliği SK, who as of 2023 play their home games in Eryaman Stadium, as well as the Turkey national football team and is expected to host matches for the UEFA Euro 2032. Construction of the stadium commenced in July 2022.

The Turkish Athletic Federation (Turkish: Türkiye Atletizm Federasyonu, TAF) is the governing body for athletics in Turkey. Turkey's kits are currently supplied by Nike.

The Ankara 19 Mayıs Stadium (Turkish: Ankara 19 Mayıs Stadyumu) was the home venue of Ankara's Gençlerbirliği. It was built in 1930 and is part of the 19 Mayıs Sports Complex, which is located in the Ulus district. The stadium had a capacity of 19,209 (all-seater). Ankaraspor also used the stadium until they moved to their new venue in the Yenikent district. The stadium was named after the date May 19, 1919, when Mustafa Kemal Atatürk arrived at Samsun to start the Turkish War of Independence. Official ceremonies to celebrate the May 19th Youth and Sports Day were also held at the stadium. In August 2018, demolition of the stadium began in order to make way for a new stadium to be built on the site.

Republic Museum (also known as "Second parliament Building of Turkey", Turkish: Cumhuriyet Müzesi) is a museum in Ankara, Turkey, which was the Turkish Parliament building from 1924–1960.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, CBRT (Turkish: Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası, TCMB, literally "The Turkish Republic Central Bank") is the central bank of Turkey. Its responsibilities include conducting monetary and exchange rate policy, managing international reserves of Turkey, as well as printing and issuing banknotes, and establishing, maintaining and regulating payment systems in the country. The CBRT is tasked by law to achieve and maintain price and financial stability in Turkey, and has a mandate to use, by its own discretion, whichever policy instrument at its disposal to reach these objectives. Therefore, it has instrument but not goal independence. Since 2006, the CBRT follows a full-fledged inflation targeting regime.

The Ankara Arena (Turkish: Ankara Spor Salonu), is an indoor sporting arena that is located in Ankara, Turkey that opened in April 2010. The seating capacity of the arena is 10,400 spectators.Built for the 2010 FIBA World Championship, the new venue replaced the nearby Ankara Atatürk Sport Hall as the home of Turkish Basketball League clubs, Hacettepe Üniversitesi, Türk Telekom Basketbol and Optimum TED Ankara Kolejliler. In 2011, the arena hosted along with the Başkent Volleyball Hall the FIVB Girls Youth World Championship. Matches of the 2012 FIBA World Olympic Qualifying Tournament for Women were played at the arena between June 25-July 1.

The War of Independence Museum (Kurtuluş Savaşı Müzesi), housed in the first Turkish Grand National Assembly building in the Ulus district of Ankara, Turkey, displays important photographs, documents and furniture from the Turkish War of Independence.

Selim Sırrı Tarcan Sport Hall (Turkish: Ankara Selim Sırrı Tarcan Spor Salonu) is an indoor arena for volleyball matches located in Altındağ district of Ankara, Turkey. Named after Selim Sırrı Tarcan (1874-1956), founder of the National Olympic Committee of Turkey and a major contributor to volleyball sport in Turkey, the venue has a seating capacity of 2,500 spectators.Designed by architect Gündüz Güngen, its construction began in 1958 and completed in 1964. The sport hall was commissioned by the Turkish State Railways (TCDD), however it was handed over to the Directorate of Physical Education after 5–6 months of its opening. In April 2006, the venue was transferred to the Turkish Volleyball Federation for a time span of 49 years.The venue is home to İller Bankası Women's Volleyball, which plays in the Turkish Women's Volleyball League.

Ulus is a quarter in Ankara, Turkey and is located at the center of the capital city. It was once the heart of old Ankara. The name means "tribe, nation" in Turkish. It is now a predominately a commercial and tourist area made up of banks, malls, shops, hotels, businesses, restaurants, and many historical sites. The first Turkish Grand National Assembly convened here in 1923 in the parliament building at Ulus Square (Turkish: Ulus Meydanı), which still stands in original. Across from the historical parliament building is the city's oldest hotel, the Ankara Palas, where Atatürk had stayed. Ankara Citadel, another historical attraction, is located immediate east of Ulus .In the center of Ulus Square, there is a memorial called Monument of Republic, which was erected in 1927 as a symbol of the Turkish War of Independence. The Statue of Victory at Ulus Square was depicted on the reverse of the Turkish 2½ lira banknote of 1939-1952 and of the 50 lira banknotes of 1951–1979.A shopping mall situated next to Ulus square was subject to a terrorist bombing on 22 May 2007.
