Beverly Toon House

The John Crafton House (also known as Ralroth Farm) is a historic property in Franklin, Tennessee, United States, that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 13, 1988. It was built, remodeled, or has other significance in about 1813 and c. 1830. It includes Hall-parlor plan and other architecture. When listed the property included one contributing building, one contributing structure and one non-contributing structure on an area of 2.8 acres (1.1 ha).It is a one-story a one-story, brick house was built in two stages. The original section was built c.1813 and includes its original nine panel door, with a main facade built in Flemish bond and side facades laid in five- and seven-course common bond.The property was covered in a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources.

Cedarmont is a two-story brick house in Williamson County, Tennessee, near Franklin, that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.It was deemed "a fine example of Middle Tennessee's early brick vernacular farmhouse with added Greek Revival detailing." The main portion of the house was built c.1816 and a two-story "T-plan" addition was added in c.1855. It includes Greek Revival architecture. When listed the property included two contributing buildings (one of them a smokehouse) and a contributing site, on an area of 1.5 acres (0.61 ha).

The house has been included in a tour of historic Franklin houses.The house was built circa 1830 and was expanded twice, around 1850 and in 1907.

The front facade has brick is laid in Flemish bond and a one-story Italianate-style porch added in c. 1880. Brick elsewhere is laid in five course common bond.When listed the property included two contributing buildings and one non-contributing building on an area of 3.2 acres (1.3 ha). A one-story frame smokehouse built c. 1880, behind the main house, is the second contributing building. A one-story c.1900 frame building which served as a store elsewhere was moved to the property later was deemed non-contributing.The NRHP eligibility of the property was covered in a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources.

It includes Greek Revival and Central passage plan architecture. It's a brick residence. Like the Thomas Holt House and the James Sayers House, also NRHP-listed, it has a main entrance with Greek Revival details, including a two-story portico.

It has also been known as Walnut Winds. It includes Greek Revival, Central passage plan and other architecture. The NRHP listing included one contributing building, one contributing site and two non-contributing buildings on an area of 1 acre (0.40 ha).It was one of about thirty antebellum "significant brick and frame residences" built in Williamson County that have survived and that were centers of slave plantations. It is one of several of these located "on the rich farmland surrounding Franklin"; others were Glen Echo, the Franklin Hardeman House and the Samuel Glass House, the Thomas Brown House, the Stokely Davis House, the Beverly Toon House and the Samuel S. Marten House.
