Cassa Hotel & Residences is a 48-story building at 70 West 45th Street in Midtown Manhattan in New York City. It was designed by TEN Arquitectos headed by Mexican architect Enrique Norten in collaboration with the American design firm CetraRuddy and developed by Solly Assa's Assa Properties.The building is a combination of a boutique hotel, spanning from the second to the 27th floor, and luxury condominiums from the 28th to the 48th floor. The building, originally scheduled to open in Spring 2010, opened on August 1, 2010.

HotHead Productions is a long-running sound design and post-production studio in New York. For a period of time, the company was responsible for about 80% of Nickelodeon's sound design. HotHead opened in 2003 when legendary sound guru Tom Clack closed the original precursor to the studio, Clack Sound Studios. Since then, HOThead has grown to offer a comprehensive suite of services to its ever-expanding client base. The company has done work for every single major cable channel.

Butter Restaurant is owned by Alex Guarnaschelli and is located in Midtown Manhattan. Opened in 2002, it was originally located on Lafayette Street. The Midtown location opened in November 2013.The original location was owned by Richie Akiva and Scott Sartiano. It was considered a nightlife hotspot.The restaurant has three seating areas. The private dining room seats 20, 60 sit in the garden, and 175 in the main dining room.

1166 Avenue of the Americas (also known as the International Paper Building) is a 600-foot-tall (180 m) tall office building at 1166 Sixth Avenue in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. It was completed in 1974 and has 44 floors totaling approximately 1.7 million square feet. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed the building. It is the headquarters of the Marsh & McLennan Companies, Penton, D. E. Shaw & Co., William Blair & Company, 5W Public Relations, FTI Consulting and Huron Consulting Group are also tenants.The building was built in partnership with the Tishman Organization (predecessor to Tishman Speyer), Stanley Stahl and Arlen Realty.

The Royalton Hotel is located just east of Times Square in Manhattan at 44 West 44th Street. The building was built in 1898 as the exclusive residential Hotel Royalton. Rossiter & Wright was the architecture firm commissioned, and the contractor was E. F. Dodson & Company. Its design was unusual because it was one of the first buildings to enable street-level passage from one block to the next. As originally designed, tenants had apartments overlooking 43rd or 44th Street, while servants lived in rooms overlooking the airshafts along the sides of the building. Royalton was designed to mirror the 1920s concept of a hotel lobby. It was reopened as the Royalton Hotel on October 10, 1988. It was the first hotel designed by Philippe Starck.Among the prominent residents of the Royalton were the humorist Robert Benchley and the theatre critic George Jean Nathan. Royalton is now part of the Highgate Hotel collection of hotels. During the summer of 2007, the Morgans Hotel Group decided to renovate the hotel to update the interior. The hotel reopened on October 1, 2007.

The Webster Hotel is located in New York City. The building was built in 1902 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 7, 1984. It was designed by the architectural firm of Tracy and Swartwout, and built in the Classical Revival style. It functions today as The Midtown Executive Club, it is also marketed as a hotel to the general public under the name Club Quarters, Midtown.

The Iroquois Hotel New York is located at 49 West 44th Street between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. It is one of six hotels owned by Shimmie Horn and Gerald Barad under the Triumph Hotels brand. The hotel is part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, a European-based referral service that sets standards for furnishings and service.

The New York Yacht Club Building is a seven-story Beaux-Arts clubhouse at 37 West 44th Street in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. Opened in 1901, the building was designed by architect Whitney Warren of Warren and Wetmore as the sixth clubhouse of the New York Yacht Club (NYYC). The clubhouse is part of Clubhouse Row, a concentration of clubhouses on 44th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. The building is a New York City designated landmark and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a National Historic Landmark. The building has an ornately decorated facade on 44th Street; its first four stories are clad with stone and are asymmetrically divided into four bays. The easternmost bay contains the entrance, while the western three bays contain double-height arches, ornamented with bay windows that resemble ships. The upper stories are within a mansard roof that is slightly set back. Inside is a double-height entrance hall, visitors' room, and various other spaces in the basement and at ground level. On the second story is a double-height model room, measuring 45 by 100 feet (14 by 30 m) and containing over a thousand ship models. A private library/chartroom, dining rooms, and offices occupy the fourth story, and there are bedrooms on the remaining floors. Many of the facade and interior decorations carry a maritime theme. The NYYC was founded in 1844 and became known for holding the America's Cup trophy. By the 1890s, overcrowding at the club's previous headquarters prompted the NYYC to consider developing a new clubhouse. J. P. Morgan bought land for the new clubhouse on 44th Street in October 1898, and Warren & Wetmore won an architectural design competition for the building that December. The clubhouse formally opened on January 19, 1901, and has hosted the club's annual meetings and events since then. The clubhouse remained mostly unchanged during the 20th century, although some rooms were converted to different uses. The NYYC renovated the interior in the 1980s and restored the facade in 1992. The interior was renovated again for the clubhouse's centennial in 2001.

The New York Yacht Club (NYYC) is a private social club and yacht club based in New York City and Newport, Rhode Island. It was founded in 1844 by nine prominent sportsmen. The members have contributed to the sport of yachting and yacht design. As of 2001, the organization was reported to have about 3,000 members. Membership in the club is by invitation only. Its officers include a commodore, vice-commodore, rear-commodore, secretary and treasurer. The America's Cup trophy was won by members in 1851 and held by the NYYC until 1983. The NYYC successfully defended the trophy twenty-four times in a row before being defeated by the Royal Perth Yacht Club, represented by the yacht Australia II. The NYYC's reign was the longest winning streak as measured by years in the history of all sports.The NYYC has entered 2021 America's Cup under the syndicate name American Magic.

The Harvard Club of New York City, commonly called The Harvard Club, is a private social club located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Its membership is limited to alumni, faculty, and boardmembers of Harvard University. Incorporated in 1887, it is housed in adjoining lots at 27 West 44th Street and 35 West 44th Street. The original wing, built in 1894, was designed in red brick neo-Georgian style by Charles Follen McKim of McKim, Mead & White.

The Algonquin Hotel is an American historic hotel located at 59 West 44th Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The hotel is a New York City designated landmark. The 181-room hotel, opened in 1902, was designed by architect Goldwin Starrett. It was originally conceived as an apartment hotel but was quickly converted to a traditional lodging establishment. Its first owner-manager, Frank Case (who bought the hotel in 1927), established many of the hotel's traditions. It had a reputation for hosting numerous literary and theatrical notables, including the members of the Algonquin Round Table.

Sofitel New York is a boutique hotel on West 44th Street in Midtown Manhattan in New York City, owned and managed by the Sofitel corporation. It lies about 200 metres (660 ft) north of Bryant Park and New York Public Library and next to the New York Yacht Club. The hotel is inspired by French traditions in furnishings and theme, and the hotel staff are bilingual in French and English. Completed in 2000, the 109-metre-tall (358 ft), 30-floor, 398-guest room limestone and glass building was awarded the 2000 Emporis Skyscraper Award.
