Marechiaro is a small village located in the Posillipo quarter in Naples.

Gaiola Island is one of the minor islands of Naples, off the city's Posillipo residential quarter, in the Metropolitan City of Naples and Campania region, southwestern Italy. It is located within the "Parco sommerso di Gaiola".

San Strato a Posillipo is a parish church in the Posillipo neighborhood of Naples, Italy. The church was founded in 1266 by commission from Greek orthodox converts, and built atop the remains of a Greco-Roman temple. In 1572, the church was rebuilt. Further reconstructions occurred in the 18th century, and after earthquakes in 1930 and 1980. The wooden statue of San Strato was completed by Giacomo Colombo, a pupil of Francesco Solimena. The church was closed to cult till 1982, as the church underwent restoration.

Parco Virgiliano (the Park of Remembrance) is a scenic park located on the hill of Posillipo, Naples, Italy. The Park serves as a green oasis, built on the tufa stone typical to the coast of Posillipo. A series of terraces overlooking the whole Gulf of Naples provides the park with a unique array of impressive vistas, including views of the coasts of Amalfi and Sorrento, Mount Vesuvius, Gaiola Bay, Pollione'S amphitheater, Trentaremi Bay, Nisida island, the factory neighbourhood of Bagnoli, Pozzuoli, Baia, Bacoli, Monte di Procida and the beautiful islands of Ischia, Capri and Procida. The park offers several playgrounds designed for children of various age-groups, as well as many kiosks which during the summer nights are often packed with youngsters just relaxing. The park also has a small amphitheater, where events are organized in the summers.

The Mausoleo Schilizzi (Schilizzi Mausoleum), also known as the Mausoleum of Posillipo or Ara Votiva per i Caduti della Patria is a monumental mausoleum built in the 1880s in a Neo-Egyptian style. It is located at Posillipo, Naples, and overlooks the bay from atop a hillside.

The Villa Rosebery is one of the three official residences of the President of Italy (the other two being the Quirinal Palace in Rome and the Castelporziano country retreat outside Rome). The villa grounds cover 6.6 hectares (16.3 acres).Villa Rosebery is situated in Naples and it is so named because it was owned by the British prime minister, the 5th Earl of Rosebery (Liberal, 1894–1895).

Posillipo (Italian: [poˈzillipo]; Neapolitan: Pusilleco [puˈsilləkə]) is an affluent residential quarter of Naples, southern Italy, located along the northern coast of the Gulf of Naples.From the 1st century BC the Bay of Naples witnessed the rise of villas constructed by elite Romans along the most panoramic points of the coast, who had chosen the area as a favourite vacation spot. The remains of some of these, around the imperial pleasure villa of the Roman emperors, as well as the Tunnel of Sejanus can be seen today in the Parco archeologico del Pausilypon, or Pausilypon Archaeological Park, and elsewhere.

The Città della Scienza ("city of science") is a museum in Naples, in Campania in southern Italy. It was opened to the public in 1996 and features various areas in which one can explore and learn about science, natural phenomena, and hosts a wide large number of science exhibits and culture events. It is also a promoter for sustainable technologies activities and enterprises. Its structures are located in Bagnoli, the ex industrial district in Naples, and its nucleus was built in a 19th-century workshops industry archeological site.

The Vesuvius Observatory (Italian: Osservatorio Vesuviano) is the surveillance centre for monitoring the three volcanic areas of Campania, Italy: Mount Vesuvius, the Phlegrean Fields and Ischia. Founded in 1841 on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius by Ferdinand II of Bourbon, King of the Two Sicilies, it is the oldest volcanology institute in the world. Its current operative center is based in Naples, hosting an important section of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology.

Napoli Campi Flegrei railway station (Italian: Stazione di Napoli Campi Flegrei) serves the city and comune of Naples, in the region of Campania, southern Italy. Opened in 1925, it is the second most important railway station in Naples, after Napoli Centrale. It also forms part of the Villa Literno–Napoli Gianturco railway. The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). However, the commercial area of the passenger building is managed by Centostazioni. Train services are operated by Trenitalia. Each of these companies is a subsidiary of Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), Italy's state-owned rail company. Napoli Campi Flegrei railway station is situated at Piazzale Vincenzo Tecchio, to the south west of the city centre.
