Mandrem

Mandrem Assembly constituency is one of the 40 Legislative Assembly constituencies of Goa state in India. Mandrem is also one of the 20 constituencies falling under the North Goa Lok Sabha constituency. It is part of North Goa district.

Morjim (pronounced Morji the alphabet m is silent) is a Census Town in Pernem, Goa, India; it is situated on the northern bank of the Chapora River estuary. It is home to a variety of birds and is a nesting site for Olive Ridley sea turtles. The village has become known as "Little Russia" because of the concentration of Russian immigrants living there.

Chapora Fort (Konkani pronunciation: [ʃɑːpoːɾɑː], Devanagari: शापोरा), located in Bardez, Goa, rises high above the Chapora River. The site was the location of a fort built by Muslim ruler Adil Shah called Shahpura, whose name the Portuguese altered to Chapora. It is now become a popular tourist spot and offers a view north across the Chapora river to Pernem, south over Vagator and also far out to the Arabian Sea in the West.

Parcem is a census town in North Goa district in the Indian state of Goa.

Oxel is a village in Bardez sub-district, North Goa, India. The nearest airport is Dabolim Airport and railway station is at Tivim. Oxel has been described as a "picturesque village" and is located in North Goa's Bardez sub-district or taluka. Oxel is a small, green and water-surrounded village. It is located approximately 25 km (16 mi) away from the State capital Panjim or Panaji. Its panchayat puts down its area to around 2.8 km2 (1.1 sq mi).

Siolim Assembly constituency is one of the 40 assembly constituencies of Goa, a southern state of India. Siolim is also one of the 20 constituencies that comes under North Goa (Lok Sabha constituency). It is part of North Goa district.

Siolim ([ʃiwoːlĩː]) is a village in Bardez taluka, and a census town on the central west coast of India, in the North Goa district of Goa. The 2001 population was 10,311, and 10,936 in 2011. Siolim is also the name of a constituency in the Goa assembly, which includes Assagao, Anjuna and Oxel, in addition to Siolim. A person from Siolim is known as a Siolcar or even as Shivalkar (Konkani: Xivolkar).

Zagor (Konkani:जागर), (nocturnal vigil ), mainly celebrated in Siolim, in Bardez taluka of Goa is a festival highlighted by dance, drama and music.

Anjuna ([ɦɔɳzuɳẽ]) is a village located on the coast of North Goa, India. It is a Census Town, one of the twelve Brahmin comunidades of Bardez. It is mostly a tourist destination. Its church, St. Michael's Church, Anjuna, founded in 1595, is dedicated to S. Miguel, and celebrates the feasts of S. Miguel (29 September) and Nossa Senhora Advogada (second week of January). There are three large chapels in the parish: the one to S. Antonio (Praias), to Nossa Senhora de Saude (Mazalvaddo), and to Nossa Senhora de Piedade (Grande Chinvar). The chapel at Vagator became the church of the new parish of Vagator, dedicated to S. Antonio, in the twentieth century.

St. Michael's Church is a historic Roman Catholic church located in Anjuna, Goa state, India. It is one of the oldest churches still standing in Goa. It was built in 1613, to serve Goan Catholics in early colonial Portuguese India.

Ponolem (or Punolem) is a village in North Goa's Bardez taluka (sub-district), India. It lies in the Goa Assembly constituency of Aldona.

Assagao is a village in Bardez, Goa, India located about 4 kilometres west of Mapusa. Assagao is known as the Land of Flowers as well as several other nicknames – “Goa’s South Extension”, ‘Artist’s village’, “The Beverly Hills of Goa”, “Goa’s Tuscany”. The village is surrounded by hills. From Mapusa town, the road u-turns uphill and, while descending the pass in the small plateau, splits into two parallel roads: one which proceeds straight along the St. Cajetan Church, Assagao Union High School to Anjuna and the other, which passes by Pallottine Seminary and Panchayat Office straight to Badem. The popular beaches of Anjuna and Vagator are to the west of Assagao.
