Göksu Park

Ata is a neighbourhood in the municipality and district of Yenimahalle, Ankara Province, Turkey. Its population is 28,886 (2022).The name of the neighborhood was determined by the decision of the residents of the neighborhood by a referendum. It means forefather". Although there is no neighborhood in it, it is intertwined with the neighborhood of Eryaman, which is the district of Etimesgut.

The Eryaman Stadium (Turkish: Eryaman Stadyumu) is a stadium in the Eryaman neighbourhood of Etimesgut, Ankara, Turkey. The construction began in 2016 and was completed in 2019. Gençlerbirliği and Ankaragücü use the stadium for home games.

The Etimesgut High-speed rail maintenance facility (Turkish: Etimesgut Yüksek Hızlı Tren ana bakım deposu), officially known as the Main High-speed rail Maintenance Facility (Turkish: YHT Ana Bakım Deposu), is a passenger rail yard used exclusively for YHT high-speed train-sets in Ankara, Turkey. Located in the Etiler neighborhood in northwestern Etimesgut, it is the second largest rail yard in Turkey spanning over 64 hectares (160 acres). The yard contains a large high-speed rail maintenance shop together with a high-speed rail focused training facility for employees. A wide turning loop, facing east, spans the perimeter of the facility. Ankara West YHT station is under construction, just south of the facility, and will become a main railway station in west Ankara; it is scheduled to open by December 2017.Entrance to the facility is via the D.140, from the north. Construction of the facility began in late 2013, on land bought from the Etimesgut Sugar Factory, and completed in February 2016. It is owned by the Turkish State Railways.

University of Turkish Aeronautical Association (UTAA) (Turkish: Türk Hava Kurumu Üniversitesi, THKÜ) is a non-profit foundation university located in Ankara, Turkey. It was established on March 3, 2011, by Law No. 6114 and is supported by the Turkish Aeronautical Association Foundation. The university is Turkey's first higher education institution specialized in aviation and space sciences. The main aim of the university is to provide qualified human resources for the aviation and aerospace sectors, offering undergraduate and graduate education, research, and training in areas such as pilotage, air transport, aerospace sciences, and engineering.

Güzelkent (literally "beautiful city" in Turkish) is a neighbourhood in the municipality and district of Akyurt, Ankara Province, Turkey. Its population is 15,384 (2022). It is located near the Eryaman neighbourhood, 25 km far from the city centre of Ankara, and is bordered by Eryaman, Sincan, Fatih and Etimesgut. Even though the neighbourhood is populated mostly by towers, the villas region is dominated by detached and semi-detached houses. The Ankara underground reaches the district and the Masal Dünyası (Fairy Tale Land) and Göksu Park Lake near the district.

Özgüneş railway station (Turkish: Özgüneş istasyonu) is a railway station in Ankara, Turkey, currently being rebuilt. The station was a stop on the Ankara suburban from 1972 to 2016 when it was closed and demolished shortly after, in order to rebuild and expand the railway. Construction of the new station began in 2017 and is expected to open on 12 April 2018.Özgüneş station was originally built in 1970 by the Turkish State Railways, when the railway from Ankara to Sincan was double-tracked. It entered service in 1972, when electric commuter service began on the line. The new station consists of an island platform serving two tracks, within a five-track railway. South of the platform are two tracks for mainline and YHT high-speed trains, while the track north of the platform is a bi-directional track for freight trains and equipment moves.

Eryaman YHT railway station (Turkish: Eryaman YHT garı), previously known as Ankara West YHT railway station (Turkish: Ankara Batı YHT garı), is a railway station in Ankara, Turkey. Once Başkentray commuter rail service begins in April, the station will become a transfer point between YHT high-speed trains and local commuter trains, replacing Sincan station. Eryaman station also replaced Emirler station, located about 175 m (574 ft) east of the station, which was demolished in July 2016.Eryaman YHT station consists of two island platforms serving four tracks, with two more tracks for bypassing trains. A large station building houses a waiting lounge, cafes and ticket offices. Next to the station is the Etimesgut Yard, opened in February 2016, which is a large maintenance facility and train yard for YHT train-sets.

Ankara 75th Anniversary Race Course (Turkish: Ankara 75. Yıl Hipodromu) is a horse racing track located at Batıkent neighborhood in Yenimahalle district of Ankara, Turkey. It is founded in 1998, which was the 75th anniversary of Turkish Republic's foundation.

Etimesgut railway station (Turkish: Etimesgut istasyonu) is a railway station in Etimesgut, Ankara, currently under renovation. The station was a stop on the Ankara suburban from 1972 to 2016, when the station was closed for renovation. Once the rebuilt station is opened, commuter rail service will resume. Etimesgut station is located along İstasyon Avenue, near Hikmet Özer Avenue.

Botanik, is an underground rapid transit station of the Ankara Metro. Currently, only one line is in operation at this station. The station was opened on 12 February 2014, the same day that the M3 line opened.

The station was a stop on the Ankara suburban from 1972 to 2016 when it was closed and demolished shortly after, in order to rebuild and expand the railway. Construction of the new station began in 2017 and opened on 12 April 2018.Lale station was originally built in 1970 by the Turkish State Railways, when the railway from Ankara to Sincan was double-tracked. It entered service in 1972, when electric commuter service began on the line. The new station consists of an island platform with the station building located above the platform and is located about 230 m (750 ft) west of the old station.
