The Hilton London Metropole is a 1,059-room 4-star hotel and conference centre located on Edgware Road in central London. It is bounded by the Marylebone Flyover to the north, Praed Street to the south, and the Paddington Basin development to the west.

Lisson Gallery is a contemporary art gallery with locations in London and New York, founded by Nicholas Logsdail in 1967. The gallery represents over 50 artists such as Art & Language, Ryan Gander, Carmen Herrera, Richard Long, John Latham, Sol LeWitt, Robert Mangold, Jonathan Monk, Julian Opie, Richard Wentworth, Anish Kapoor, Richard Deacon and Ai Weiwei.

Edgware Road is a London Underground station on the Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines, located on the corner of Chapel Street and Cabbell Street, within Travelcard zone 1. A separate station of the same name but served by the Bakerloo line is located about 150 metres away on the opposite side of Marylebone Road. There have been proposals in the past to rename one of the Edgware Road stations to avoid confusion. Neither of them should be confused with the Edgware station on the Northern line.

The Gallery was an art gallery and conceptual art project constructed and devised by the artist Nicholas Wegner, later in partnership with artist Vaughan Grylls which ran from 1973 to 1978. The Gallery was located on Lisson Street in London and presented a series of projects critiquing and satirising trends in the 1970s UK art-world. Later projects included those by artists including John Latham, Rita Donagh, Gerald Newman and Stephen Willats.

Edgware Road is a London Underground station on the Bakerloo line, located in the City of Westminster. It is between Paddington and Marylebone stations on the line and falls within Travelcard zone 1. The station is located on the north-east corner of the junction of Edgware Road, Harrow Road and Marylebone Road. It is adjacent to the Marylebone flyover. A separate station of the same name but served by the Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines is nearby, to the south of Marylebone Road.

King Solomon Academy is a non-selective, non-denominational, mixed all-through school within the English academy programme, located in Marylebone, London. It occupies the site of the former Rutherford School.

Rutherford School was a secondary modern school, later comprehensive school, in Paddington, London, England. It opened in 1960 and in 1981 amalgamated with Sarah Siddons Girls' School and Paddington School to form the North Westminster Community School. The site is now occupied by the Ark King Solomon Academy. It was built from 1958 to 1960, designed by the architects Leonard Manasseh and Ian Baker, and is a Grade II* listed building.Alumni include actors Phil Daniels and Danny John-Jules, musicians Paul Hardcastle and Courtney Pine, footballers Tony Grealish, Jeff Chandler and DJ Gary Crowley. Both Barry Hines (the author of A Kestrel for a Knave) and Bob Wilson (former Arsenal FC and national Scotland goalkeeper and broadcaster) taught at Rutherford Comprehensive School in the early 1960s.

The Metropolitan Theatre was a London music hall and theatre in Edgware Road, Paddington. Its origins were in an old inn on the site where entertainments became increasingly prominent by the early 19th century. A new theatre was built there in 1836, replaced in 1897 by a new building designed by the theatre architect Frank Matcham. The Metropolitan was a leading theatre for music hall and variety, but with the decline of the latter in the mid-20th century it struggled to survive, and was demolished in 1964 to make way for a road-widening scheme.

1 Merchant Square is a 42-storey, 140 m tall building under construction in Paddington, London. When complete, it will be the tallest building in the City of Westminster, with a hotel and 222 apartments.Planned were revised in 2019.

Paddington Green Police Station was a Metropolitan Police Service station located in Paddington, Central London, England, and closed in 2018.

International Community School (ICS) is a co-educational World International Baccalaureate School located in Marylebone, London, teaching students aged from three to 18 years old.

Christ Church, Marylebone, also called Christ Church, Lisson Grove, and Christ Church, Cosway Street, is a Grade II* listed former Church of England church, built in the 1820s in Marylebone in the City of Westminster to designs by Thomas and Philip Hardwick. After deconsecration in 1977, the church became an antiques market and restaurant and is now a sports centre named the Greenhouse Centre. It stands on a busy street mid-way between Paddington Station and Regent's Park.
