Mukim Saba is a mukim in Brunei-Muara District, Brunei. It is part of Kampong Ayer, the traditional stilted settlements on the Brunei River in the capital Bandar Seri Begawan. The population was 1,000 in 2016. It encompasses the village of Kampong Saba.

The Kianggeh Dagang Muslim Cemetery (Malay: Tanah Perkuburan Islam Kianggeh Dagang), also known as the Residency Muslim Cemetery, is a Muslim burial ground located at Kianggeh in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei Darussalam. The cemetery was formerly a Royal burial ground which known as Bukit Tinggi Royal Mausoleum which served as resting place for past Sultans of Brunei. The first Sultan of Brunei buried here was Sultan Saiful Rijal, the 7th Sultan of Brunei who died in 1581.

The Kianggeh (Malay: Sungai Kianggeh) is a small tributary of the Brunei that flows through Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei.

The Kampong Ayer Cultural and Tourism Gallery (KACTG; Malay: Galeri Kebudayaan dan Pelancongan Kampong Ayer) is a museum in Kampong Ayer of Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. The gallery features exhibits on its handcrafted goods, including ceramics, woodworking, and weaving.

Mukim Peramu is a mukim in Brunei-Muara District, Brunei. It is located within Kampong Ayer, the historical stilt settlements on the Brunei River in the capital Bandar Seri Begawan. The population was 1,111 in 2016.

Kampong Kianggeh is a neighbourhood in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei. It is also a village in Brunei-Muara District, within Mukim Kianggeh. The population was 1,421 in 2016. It is home to Kianggeh Market, a prominent traditional market in the country.

The Dermaga Diraja Bandar Seri Begawan, simply known as the Royal Wharf (Dermaga Diraja), is a 1.8 hectares (4.4 acres) waterfront site located in Bandar Seri Begawan. Originally known as the Royal Customs and Excise Wharf, it has a rich history as both a port and an entry point for passengers and imported goods arriving by sea. The significance of this wharf, along with the former customs building, lies in its role as a historic gateway to Brunei. This importance was further emphasised with major renovations completed in April 2011, solidifying its status as the primary port of entry for both passengers and cargo. During the early 1950s, trade between Brunei and other countries saw substantial growth, further highlighting the wharf’s crucial role in the nation’s economy.

Brunei Energy Hub Dermaga Diraja (Malay: Hab Tenaga Brunei Dermaga Diraja) or Brunei Energy Hub in short, is the new name of the historic Royal Customs and Excise Building in Pusat Bandar, Brunei-Muara District, Brunei. The renovation project, which was entirely sponsored by Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP), has been transformed into Brunei-Muara's very own interactive oil and gas museum. The museum, which is located alongside the Royal Wharf and has the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha Bridge as a backdrop, seeks to act as a knowledge centre for the oil and gas sector and a venue to encourage the growth of Brunei's artistic scene.

Bubungan Dua Belas (in Malay bubungan (or bum bungan) is roof, dua belas is twelve) or House of Twelve Roofs is located in Jalan Residency, at the foot of Bukit Subok Forest Reserve Recreational Park and about one mile from south of the center of Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. It was formerly the official residence of British residents and high commissioners in Brunei and was built in 1906 during the tenure of the first resident Malcolm Stewart Hannibal McArthur. Bubungan Dua Belas exemplifies the fusion of Brunei Malay architectural elements with Western influences, a transformation that was also shaped by the shift to onland living during the Residency period in Brunei. It is one of the oldest surviving building in Bandar Seri Begawan. It served as a gallery that exhibits the long-standing relationship between the sultanate and the United Kingdom. The museum is currently closed for renovations.

The Brunei Malay Teachers Association (PGGMB or Persatuan Guru-Guru Melayu Brunei) was founded in 1937 and became a legally recognised nonprofit union with a democratic style of leadership in 1939. The founding members of PGGMB, who are also educators who have earned their degrees from the Sultan Idris Training College (SITC), took the initiative to start the organisation. It broadened its activities following World War II by creating a cooperative to promote Malay involvement in business and was instrumental in the founding of Barisan Pemuda (BARIP), Brunei's first nationalist organisation.

Kampung Ayer is a prominent traditional settlement in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei. It comprises neighbourhoods of traditional houses, schools and mosques built on stilts above the Brunei River near the capital's city centre. It has an area of about 10 square kilometres (3.9 sq mi); the total population was 10,250 in 2016. It has been historically nicknamed 'Venice of the East'. Kampung Ayer has been historically the principal settlement of Brunei; it was the de facto capital, in particular social and economic centre, of the Bruneian Empire for a few centuries, but also extending into the early period during British imperialism in Brunei.

The PGGMB Building was constructed in 2003, is the third tallest building in Brunei after The DST Group Building. The Building was listed as the sixth tallest Building in Borneo just about 295 feet high.
