Bell County Expo Center

Bell County is a county in the U.S. state of Texas. It is in Central Texas and its county seat is Belton.As of the 2020 census, its population was 370,647. Bell County is part of the Killeen–Temple, Texas, Metropolitan Statistical Area. The county was founded in 1850 and is named for Peter Hansborough Bell, the third governor of Texas. In 2010, the center of population of Texas was located in Bell County, near the town of Holland.

The Bell County Courthouse in Belton, Texas was built in 1884.: 38  It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.It is the third courthouse to serve Bell County. The structure was designed in the Renaissance Revival style by Jasper N. Preston and Sons.: 44  It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976, and partially restored in 1999.: 39 It is a three-story building occupying its own block, with each side having an entrance pavilion including a portico of cut-stone columns with carved bases and capitals, and with each corner also having a projecting pavilion. It was built with a central 125 feet (38 m) tower topped by a statue of Goddess of Justice carrying sword and beam balance; the statue was later removed. The building also had detailing made of sheet metal by W.J. Burt and Company of Fort Worth which has also mostly been removed by 1976. That detailing, consisting of galvanized iron and spun zinc, included the roof covered by tin stamped to resemble slate, balustrades around each of the four porticos, and cornices and shell ornaments and window pediments.It is located on Public Square in Belton. J.W. Preston & Son also designed the National Register-listed Bastrop County Courthouse and Jail Complex in Bastrop, Texas.

Mount Zion United Methodist Church is a historic church at 218 Alexander Street in Belton, Texas. It was built in 1893 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Belton New Tech High School is a public high school located in Belton, Texas, United States, in the Belton Independent School District. Centered around project-based-learning, the school serves all of BISD, including the city of Belton and Bell County. In 2015, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency.

Old St. Luke's Episcopal Church is a historic church at 438 N. Wall Street in Belton, Texas. It was built in 1874 in a Vernacular Gothic style and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

First Christian Church Parsonage is a historic church parsonage at 608 N. Penelope Street in Belton, Texas. It was built in 1900 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The University of Mary Hardin–Baylor (UMHB) is a private Christian university in Belton, Texas. UMHB was chartered by the Republic of Texas in 1845 as Baylor Female College, the female department of what is now Baylor University. It has since become its own institution and grown to 3,914 students and awards degrees at the baccalaureate, master's, and doctoral levels. It is affiliated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas and accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

The V. R. Means House on E. 14th Street in Belton, Texas was built in 1913. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.It was built by the New Lumber Co. for one of its officers, V.R. Means, and seems to have been intended as a model house for the firm's work. The firm eventually built more than 100 homes in the area.

Red Murff Field is a baseball venue located in Belton, TX and home to the Mary Hardin-Baylor Crusaders baseball program of the American Southwest Conference. The field is named after Red Murff, who initiated the UMHB baseball program. The ballpark holds a capacity of 700.
