St. John's Methodist Church is a historic Methodist church located at Springfield Crossroads near Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built in 1907, and is a one-story, frame church building sheathed in weatherboard in the Gothic Revival style. It sits on a raised brick foundation, has a steeply pitched gable roof, lancet windows, and features a two-story bell tower with steeple. The property also includes the church hall, which was originally constructed at the Civilian Conservation Corps Camp near Georgetown. It was moved to the property in 1949, and subsequently renovated. Adjacent to the church is the church cemetery, with burials dating to 1853.The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Owned by the Sussex County Council, it is located two nautical miles (4 km) southeast of the central business district of Georgetown. It is included in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2017–2021, in which it is categorized as a regional general aviation facility.The airport is known locally by various unofficial names, including County Airport and, especially, Georgetown Airport. In mid-June 2015, the Sussex County Council voted to rename the airport from Sussex County Airport to Delaware Coastal Airport. The rebranding was part of a $40 million effort to modernize the facility and boost economic development.The airport is home to the Delaware Aviation Museum, which features World War 2 aviation artifacts. The airport is also home to the Jeffrey Ethell Memorial Aviation Library, which houses more than 3,000 aviation-related books and is considered the largest aviation library on the U.S. east coast.Though U.S. Customs and Border Protection does not operate a facility at the airport, they do accept international arrivals at the airport with prior notice.

Gov. James Ponder House is a historic home located at Milton, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built about 1875, and is a three-story, five-bay, Victorian townhouse. It features a mansard roof and has a center hall plan. The front facade features a full-width verandah. It was the home of Delaware Governor James Ponder (1819-1897). The building now houses a mortuary and rear additions were made to accommodate that use.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. It is located in the Milton Historic District.

Milton Historic District is a national historic district located at Milton, Sussex County, Delaware. It includes 188 contributing buildings and 1 contributing site in the central business district and surrounding residential areas of Milton. The district includes much of Union, Federal, Broad, Chestnut, and Mill Streets, and encompasses a wide variety of residential, commercial, and institutional buildings from the late-18th century to the early-20th century. Union, Broad and Chestnut Streets include many examples of Gothic Revival and vernacular building styles popular in the 19th century, while Federal Street is noted for larger homes that include many Second Empire, Queen Anne, and Federal style homes, as well as Gothic Revival and vernacular styles. Notable non-residential buildings on Union Street include the Lydia B.
