Four JG's Orchards & Vineyards is a winery in Colts Neck in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The vineyard was first planted in 1999, and opened to the public in 2004. Four JG's has 40 acres of grapes under cultivation, and produces 2,500 cases of wine per year. The winery is named after the four family members that own it, all of whom have the initials "JG."

Marlboro is an unincorporated community located within Marlboro Township in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States.The settlement is located along Route 79 north of its interchange with Route 18.Marlboro was likely named for its early use of marl as a fertilizer.By 1873, Marlboro had a post office, school, hotel, multiple stores, churches, and a railroad station of the Freehold and Keyport Railroad. Colts Neck High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in Colts Neck Township, in Monmouth County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades and operating as one of the six secondary schools of the Freehold Regional High School District. The school is located at the corner of County Route 537 and Five Points Road. The school serves students from all of Colts Neck Township and from portions of both Howell Township and Marlboro Township. The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 2008.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,347 students and 92.2 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 14.6:1. Burlington Heights is an unincorporated community located within Freehold Township in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. The community was created in the early 1960s and originally consisted of 112 homes of mixed styles designed by Peter Petillo and Associates of Freehold. It is located along Colts Neck Road (County Route 537) on the east side of the township, near New Jersey Route 18 and the Colts Neck municipal line.

Hominy Hill Golf Course is a public 18-hole golf course in Colts Neck, New Jersey, operated by the Monmouth County Park System. The course was established in 1964 and was designed by Robert Trent Jones. The course measures 7,049 yards from the blue tees and has a USGA course and slope ratings of 73.8 and 135 from the blue tees. Scattered throughout the course are 138 bunkers, with water coming into play at four holes. Seasonal wildflowers enhance the out-of-play areas. Course amenities include a well-stocked golf center, GHIN handicapping, food concession snack bar, and an immaculately manicured putting green.

Bradevelt is an unincorporated community located within the Morganville section of Marlboro Township, in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. County Route 520 travels through Bradevelt, while Route 79 is located west of the community. The area consists of a mix of businesses along the two main roads, farmland, and the remains of the Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital which is being converted to Big Brook Park. The former Monmouth County Agricultural Railroad (a portion of which is now part of the Henry Hudson Trail) runs north and south through Bradevelt. Early to mid 1800s the area was called Hulsetown.

Marlboro High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in Marlboro Township, in Monmouth County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades as one of the six secondary schools of the Freehold Regional High School District (FRHSD). The school serves students from portions of Marlboro Township. Marlboro High School hosts the Business Administration Magnet Program (BAMP), a selective magnet program offered within FRHSD, so there are students attending Marlboro High School from across the county. Students that are a part of the BAMP take advanced classes that are more in-depth than regular classes. The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1974.Students at Marlboro High School all come from Marlboro Township, with other students from Marlboro attending Colts Neck High School. Hillsdale is an unincorporated community located within Colts Neck and Marlboro townships in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. The community is located at the intersection of County Route 520 which runs east and west, Conover Road which heads north, and Boundary Road which heads south. The southeastern quadrant of this intersection is a part of Colts Neck while the other three are in Marlboro. The community is located atop a small hill and is largely rural. The Colts Neck quadrant is made up of a housing development while the Marlboro side is mostly forests, parkland, and the remains of the Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital.

The Old Brick Reformed Church began in Marlboro Township, New Jersey c.1699. Most of the original families of the church originally came from Long Island. Originally the services were conducted in Dutch by Ministers who came from Brooklyn on a rotating schedule. The rotating schedule continued for a number of years until the Marlboro Reformed Dutch Church formed in 1709, originally as the "Freehold and Middletown United Church," with Reverend Joseph Morgan as the first pastor. The Dutch language was continued until 1764. The first congregation church was located near "Hendrickson's Hill" in the old village of Marlboro. The current church and burial ground is located on Route 520; it was begun in 1731 but in 1826 was considered too small and was replaced. In 1869, the congregation constructed a chapel in the village of Marlboro. That building was sold in 1969. During a consistory meeting, the current pastor, Reverend George Kaden, announced he had submitted his retirement papers with the denomination and would be leaving the pulpit June 2021.

The Monmouth County Vocational School District (MCVSD) is a vocational and technical public school district in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States, providing vocational education to students across the county. Monmouth County Vocational School District has 15 learning environments. The shared time programs located in Aberdeen Township, Freehold Township, Hazlet Township, Keyport, Long Branch, Middletown Township and Wall Township provide students with field experience in various trades and professions. As of the 2020–21 school year, the district, comprised of nine schools, had an enrollment of 1,596 students and 231.6 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 6.9:1.Many of the academies provide students with academic and professional field experience. In addition, MCVSD manages three specialty schools for students at risk as well as the MCVSD Law Enforcement Program for students interested in a career in Law Enforcement.
