The Daytona Beach Boardwalk consists of the concrete promenade which was installed in the late 1920s, followed by the bandshell and coquina embellishments which were completed in 1938. It is a structure located on the beach in Daytona Beach, Florida at the east end of Main Street, east of Ocean Avenue. It is open seven days a week and consists of a concrete walkway with various stores and shops including the City Walk shopping and entertainment complex, hotels, gift shops, amusement centers, arcades, restaurants and bars. It also features outdoor and indoor rides like the Ferris wheel, Slingshot, Hurricane, Tilt-O-Whirl, go-carts and formerly a roller coaster called the Sand Blaster. Free concerts are given in the summer at the Bandshell on the north end of the area. The Daytona Beach Pier, also known as the Main Street Pier, was built by Thomas Keating in the late 1800s. The pier begins at the east end of Main Street, south of the boardwalk and extends 1,000 feet into the Atlantic Ocean.At its conception the Boardwalk was originally called "the Broadwalk" as it was a broad stretch of cement, and not boards. Many references can be found referring to the attraction as Broadwalk. The common name became the Boardwalk after the editor of the local newspaper committed to calling it that in the newspaper, and it caught on. The editor was concerned with the advertising value of the term Boardwalk over Broadwalk (as Daytona at that time was looking to market as the Atlantic City of the South), as well as the "vulgar connotation" of using the term "broad" in relation to women who may be walking there.An article appeared in the Daytona Beach News Journal on May 21, 2015, stating that Volusia County is looking into possibly expanding the boardwalk.On June 14, 2018, two riders fell 34 feet and six people were injured after the Sand Blaster roller coaster derailed. The cause of the derailment was determined to be an excessively high speed, and the coaster was removed from the park at the order of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in 2019.

The S. Cornelia Young Memorial Library (also known as the Cornelia Young Memorial Library or "Old Corny") is a historic library in Daytona Beach, Florida, United States. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. The S. Cornelia Young Memorial Library closed to the public in spring of 2010 due to budget cutbacks. It was a branch of the Volusia County Public Libraries.

The Peabody Auditorium in Daytona Beach, Florida has been home to performances of the Daytona Beach Symphony Society for over sixty years and was the summer home of the London Symphony Orchestra from 1966 until 2009. The Daytona Beach Bandshell is an amphitheatre in Daytona Beach, Florida, United States. It is located at Ocean Avenue, north of the junction of Main Street and Atlantic Avenue. On March 5, 1999, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. On April 18, 2012, the AIA's Florida Chapter placed the Daytona Beach Bandshell on its list of Florida Architecture: 100 Years. 100 Places.This property is part of the Daytona Beach Multiple Property Submission to the National Register.

The Broadway Bridge is a segmental bridge that spans the Halifax River and Intracoastal Waterway in downtown Daytona Beach, Florida, carrying U.S. Route 92. The Broadway Bridge reaches a height of 65 feet (19.9 m) and is 3,008 feet (917 m) in length. The bridge is more famous for its flair than its purpose. Mosaics of manatees, dolphins and other wildlife native to Florida give the bridge some tourist appeal. The bridge was dedicated on July 20, 2001.

Daytona Beach Bike Week, also called Daytona Bike Week, is a motorcycle event and rally held annually in Daytona Beach, Florida. Since 2021, events have been added in DeLeon Springs. Approximately 500,000 people make their way to the rally area for the 10-day event. The festivities include motorcycle racing, concerts, parties, and street festivals. The event is usually held on the first full week of March (including the Fri-Sat-Sun prior to) and contends with the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally as the most popular motorcycle rally in the United States.

Biketoberfest is an annual motorcycle rally held in the fall in Daytona Beach, Florida since 1991 or 1992. In 1992 it was known as "Daytona Fall Tour"; in 1993, it started to be called Biketoberfest, and is now known as the "little brother" of the spring Daytona Beach Bike Week event. Attendance for Biketoberfest 2013 was estimated to be c. 100,000 visitors.The event's organizing authority is Halifax Area Advertising Authority, whose director has noted attendance has dropped off since 2004, and the 100,000 attendance figure is an approximation as entry is free without a ticket, and that the true attendance is "nearly impossible to count". Local merchants have asked to have the event extended from four days to 10 days in duration. The advertising authority withdrew plans for a $300,000 advertising campaign in Ohio after studies showed negative perceptions of the Daytona Beach area.Reporters have noted that compared to the spring Daytona rally, Biketoberfest features a higher proportion of choppers in attendance, warmer local waters and weather in transit from the Northeast United States, more new-model introductions from manufacturers, and less crowded streets and more abundant lodging.The Buffalo Chip Campground (better known for its Sturgis Motorcycle Rally presence) opened a site at Daytona just before Biketoberfest 2004, raising concerns about public nudity. Earlier concerns had prompted the creation of a city ordinance with unusually detailed definitions of body coverage, gaining international attention. The ordinance was deemed unconstitutional on First Amendment grounds by a Federal judge in 2006.Like the spring bike event in Daytona Beach, Biketoberfest features coleslaw wrestling.While the racing at Daytona International Speedway is more club-oriented, the CCS-sanctioned Fall Cycle Scene races at the Speedway are technically part of Biketoberfest, similar to Bike Week's Supercross-oriented draws. The 2020 event will have the most races of a previous event, as the COVID-19 pandemic led to cancellation of all Bike Week road racing events, with the majority of events (including Bike Week's Flat Track races) moved to Biketoberfest. (The Daytona 200 was not held.) In 2022, Biketoberfest will extend to DeLeon Springs, as American Flat Track will hold the season finale of their series at Volusia Speedway Park for Biketoberfest, as the season starts at Daytona Beach Bike Week at the circuit.
