Tagaytay Medical Center, formerly Tagaytay Hospital and Medical Center and Unihealth Tagaytay Hospital and Medical Center, is a private hospital located at Aguinaldo Highway, Silang Crossing East, Tagaytay, Cavite, Philippines. This hospital is located along a ridge. Its construction began in 2005, the year it started out with an out-patient clinic and a diagnostic center as Tagaytay Hospital Systems, Inc., and ended in 2009. It has 50 to 100 inpatient beds and has laboratory and diagnostic services. The RX Pinoy website says Tagaytay Hospital is preparing to become involved with international medical tourism. This means it is promoting itself in foreign countries, where the cost of performing many medical procedures is very costly. However, it has not obtained any status with international healthcare bodies, such as Joint Commission International. MakatiMed, a healthcare group in Manila in 2010 partnered with Tagaytay Hospital to bring the hospital into its care network. Since 2013, the hospital is managed by Mount Grace Hospitals, Inc.

The Saint Augustine Major Seminary or SASMA is a Catholic, formation seminary of the Apostolic Vicariate of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro located in Tagaytay, Cavite, Philippines. The seminarians of SASMA attend to their academics at the Divine Word Seminary.

The Divine Word Seminary Tagaytay (DWST) is a Roman Catholic mission seminary located in Tagaytay City, Philippines. Established in 1933, the seminary is owned and administered by the Society of the Divine Word (Latin: Societas Verbi Divini, or SVD). The primary purpose of the seminary is to prepare missionaries for both the Philippine and foreign missions. Its students are mostly seminarians preparing for the priesthood, and come from a cluster of around 14 autonomous affiliated houses of formation.

The People's Park in the Sky, often simply called People's Park and originally named Palace in the Sky, is a historic urban park in Tagaytay, Cavite, Philippines. The park was converted from an unfinished mansion, known as the Palace in the Sky, built during the Marcos regime to host the state visit of then-United States President Ronald Reagan, but discontinued when the latter canceled his visit. The complex’s conversion came in 1986 after Marcos was deposed and replaced by Corazon Aquino. The incomplete scaffolding of the mansion remained intact. The Shrine of Our Lady, Mother of Fair Love and a Doppler weather radar station maintained by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) are also within the park.

Mount Sungay, also known as Mount Gonzales, is a mountain in the province of Cavite in the Philippines. Located in eastern Tagaytay, the inactive stratovolcano is the highest point in the province of Cavite, at 709 metres (2,326 feet). The slopes of the mountain are the source of the San Cristobal River that flows from the mountain to Silang, Cavite down to its mouth at Laguna de Bay in Calamba, Laguna. The mountain's former sharp peak and readily distinguishable shape made it a reliable landmark for bearing checks when sailing in and around Manila Bay during the early days of navigation.
