Harold Kraft Memorial Field is a baseball venue in Grand Forks, North Dakota, United States. It was home to the North Dakota Fighting Hawks baseball team of the NCAA Division I Western Athletic Conference. It is named for Harold Kraft, former coach of the North Dakota baseball program who revived the program in 1956 after it had been discontinued in 1921. Kraft coached the program from 1956 to 1981. It has a capacity of 2,000 spectators. On April 12, 2016, the University of North Dakota announced it will be dropping its baseball program after the 2016 season due to budget cuts.

Red River High School (RRHS) is a public high school located in Grand Forks, North Dakota, United States. The school was originally built in 1967 for grades 10-12, and was remodeled in 1995 to accommodate grades 9- 12. It serves approximately 1,137 students and is one of two high schools in the Grand Forks Public Schools system. The athletic teams are known as the Roughriders. The Red River in the school's name refers to the Red River of the North which flows on the east side of the city. The name Roughriders is a reference to former President Theodore Roosevelt, who spent a portion of his life in what would become western North Dakota. Red River High School is home to the Summer Performing Arts Company, a summer educational theatre program for grades K-12.

The Grand Cities Mall is an enclosed shopping mall located on South Washington Street in Grand Forks, North Dakota. With its construction in 1964, it was the first enclosed shopping mall built in North Dakota. The mall covers 367,122 sq ft (34,106.7 m2). Notable junior anchor tenants include Family Dollar, Ace Hardware, Poppler's Music, Hope Evangelical Covenant Church, and Thrive Community Church. The mall also houses numerous small and local businesses.

The North Dakota Museum of Art (NDMOA) is the official art museum of the American state of North Dakota. Located on the campus of the University of North Dakota (UND) in Grand Forks, North Dakota, the museum is a private not-for-profit institution. The building includes three exhibition galleries, a video information room, cafe, and gift shop. Admission is free.

The Alerus Center is an indoor arena and convention center in the north central United States, located in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The facility is owned and operated by the city of Grand Forks and opened on February 10, 2001. The arena's major tenant is the University of North Dakota football team, and also hosts many large concerts, sporting events, and trade shows. The seating capacity for football is 12,283, and up to 21,000 for other events. Located southwest of the UND campus, it is just east of Interstate 29 and south of its exit 140, the junction with state highway 297. The convention center section of the facility includes a 26,000-square-foot (2,400 m2) ballroom and twelve meeting rooms. The convention center is used for conferences, seminars, banquets, parties, and smaller concerts. Directly adjacent to the Alerus Center is a large hotel and waterpark complex called the Canad Inns Destination Center. Alerus Center is named after a local financial institution, Alerus Financial, which purchased the building's naming rights. Prior to opening, the facility had been referred to as the Aurora Events Center. Its approximate elevation at street level is 835 feet (255 m) above sea level.

Memorial Stadium is the home of the University of North Dakota (UND) track and field teams. It is located on the campus of UND in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The stadium holds 10,000 people and opened in 1927. Memorial Stadium was home of the UND football from 1927 until 2001. Today, the football team plays in the nearby Alerus Center; however, the team continues to utilize Memorial Stadium for team offices, training, and practices. In March of 2021, Memorial Stadium was demolished to make room for a new 25 million dollar building. The new building will house athletic offices as well as market rate apartments.

The Energy & Environmental Research Center (EERC) is a research, development, demonstration, and commercialization facility for energy and environment technologies development. The center is a nonprofit division of the University of North Dakota, located in Grand Forks, North Dakota, United States.

Ralph Engelstad Arena (The Ralph) was a 6,067-seat multi-purpose arena located on the University of North Dakota (UND) campus in Grand Forks, North Dakota. It was home to the University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux hockey team, and was the host of the 1983 Frozen Four tournament. It was originally named the Winter Sports Center, but was renamed in 1988 to honor alumnus Ralph Engelstad. The arena closed in 2001 and was replaced with the new $104 million Ralph Engelstad Arena on the north end of campus.University of North Dakota Director of Athletics Brian Faison announced that demolition of the old Ralph Engelstad Arena east of Memorial Stadium has been completed. Construction has begun on Phase I of the UND Athletics High Performance Center, an indoor practice and competition facility for UND Athletics.

The Chester Fritz Library is the largest library at the University of North Dakota (UND) in Grand Forks, North Dakota. It is the largest library in the state of North Dakota and houses over two million print and non-print items. It is a designated U.S. Patent and Trademark depository of federal and state documents. The library also houses a Special Collections Department preserving unique publications, manuscripts, historical records, and genealogical resources, including a large collection of Norwegian bygdebøker (place histories).The library is named after Chester Fritz (March 25, 1892 - July 28, 1983), a notable alumnus of UND, as is the Chester Fritz Auditorium, which is also located at UND.

Aurora Hospital was to be an independent, physician-owned hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The hospital planning began in 2007 and was to have 66 beds and an initial employment of 200 staff members. It was built on the grounds of the Aurora Medical Park. This medical campus already included existing medical facilities such as The Stadter Center 70-bed psychiatric hospital and a building which housed many independently owned clinics. The building was never completed and operated as Aurora Hospital.Aurora Hospital was to be a for-profit business, unlike the only existing general hospital in Grand Forks, the non-profit Altru Health System. Prior to completion Aurora Hospital was purchased by Physicians Hospital System from Indiana, then 3 days before opening, Altru Health System purchased the existing facilities and buildings.

The UND Nistler College of Business and Public Administration is located in Nistler Hall at the University of North Dakota.The UND Nistler College of Business and Public administration serves 1,850 students and 300 graduate students per year. The NCoBPA is the largest business school in the state of North Dakota and offers the most business related programs in the North Dakota University Systems. The NCoBPA is the first accredited business college in North Dakota and is one of only 968 accredited business schools world wide.

Oxford House is a building on the University of North Dakota campus in Grand Forks, North Dakota, United States that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. When it was built in 1902, it was considered one of the most fashionable houses in the Northwest.It was designed by architect Joseph Bell DeRemer in Colonial Revival style.
