The Michael and Magdealena Bixler Farmstead, also known as the John Rudy County Park, is an historic, American property that is located in East Manchester Township, Pennsylvania, York County, Pennsylvania. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Located at 601 Mundis Mill Road, it is the sole high school operated by the Central York School District. It is bordered to the northwest by Codorus Creek, a northeastward-flowing tributary of the Susquehanna River. Manchester Township is to the northwest across Codorus Creek. The center of the community comprises the Pleasureville Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

It broadcasts a talk radio format. The radio studios are on Susquehanna Plaza Drive near U.S. Route 30. During the day, WSBA is powered at 5,000 watts. At night, however, to protect other stations on 910 AM from interference, WSBA reduces power to 1,000 watts. It uses a directional antenna with a four-tower array at all times. The transmitter is on Susquehanna Trail in York. The towers are at 121.3 meters (398 ft) elevation with a height of 75.3 meters (247 ft). Their tops are 196.6 meters (645 ft) above sea level. Programming is also heard on 250 watt FM translator W230CQ at 93.9 MHz. It is also simulcast on the HD Radio digital subchannel of sister station 96.1 WSOX-HD2.

Sinking Springs Farms is a historic farm and national historic district located at Manchester Township in York County, Pennsylvania. The district includes 32 contributing buildings, 2 contributing sites, and 17 contributing structures. The district includes the Manor House Demesne, four farmsteads, and a Radio Broadcast Complex. The manor house dates to 1900, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, Colonial Revival-style dwelling modified between 1936 and 1941. Farmstead #1 includes the earliest buildings, dated to about 1841. Farmstead #2 includes a Shingle Style dwelling designed by architect John A. Dempwolf and built about 1893. Farmstead #3 has a 3+1⁄2-story, banked Pennsylvania German dwelling built about 1845. Farmstead #4 has a 3+1⁄2-story, banked Georgian-plan dwelling built about 1845. The Radio Broadcast Complex includes a 2+1⁄2-story, brick Colonial Revival-style office building and four radio towers, and used as a radio station from the 1940s until 1990.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Springettsbury Township is a township in York County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 27,058 at the 2010 census. The township takes its name from Springett Penn, grandson of Pennsylvania founder William Penn. Located east and northeast of the city of York, the township hosts the York Galleria shopping mall and a large Harley-Davidson manufacturing plant.

The Motorcycle Technology Center was a private post-secondary institution of higher education serving students from across the country until it closed in 2018. The MTC, one of the schools in the YTI Career Institute system, opened in 2007 in a 15,000-square-foot (1,400 m2) facility located in Emigsville, PA to accommodate its Motorsports Technology program. The Motorsports Technology program prepares students for entry-level mechanic and technician positions servicing various types of motorsports vehicles and had been offered at YTI's York, PA campus from fall 1998 until the opening of the Motorcycle Technology Center. The Motorcycle Technology Center was accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges, listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency.
