Cronulla Post Office is a heritage-listed post office at 41 Cronulla Street, Cronulla, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by Edwin Hubert Henderson of the Commonwealth Department of Works and Railways and built in 1924. It was added to the Australian Commonwealth Heritage List on 22 August 2012.

Cronulla Beach (sometimes referred to as South Cronulla Beach), is a patrolled beach on Bate Bay in the Sydney suburb of Cronulla, New South Wales, Australia. The Cronulla Pavilion and the Cronulla Lifesaving Club are two prominent buildings located close to the sand. Cronulla Park sits behind the beach. The Cronulla Rock Pools are between Cronulla Beach and North Cronulla beach. The Alley is the local name given to the area between Cronulla Beach and North Cronulla Beach. Shark Island is a dangerous reef break, located off Cronulla Beach.

Cronulla railway station is the heritage-listed terminus railway station on the Cronulla line in the Sydney suburb of Cronulla in the Sutherland Shire local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was designed and built by the NSW Department of Railways during 1939. It is also known as Cronulla Railway Station group. The property was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.The station serves the Sydney suburb of Cronulla via Sydney Trains' T4 line services. The station is unusual in that the two platforms are situated end to end, rather than side by side, making it the second longest rail platform in New South Wales, after Albury.

Cronulla is located 26 kilometres south of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the Sutherland Shire. Cronulla is located on a peninsula framed by Botany Bay to the north, Bate Bay to the east, Port Hacking to the south, and Gunnamatta Bay to the west. The Kurnell peninsula, the site of the first landfall on the eastern coastline made by Captain James Cook in 1770, is reached by driving northeast out of Cronulla on Captain Cook Drive.

Blackwoods Beach is a small rocky secluded beach in the Sydney suburb of Cronulla in New South Wales, Australia. Blackwoods Beach is situated near Shelly Beach which is visible from the south. Blackwoods beach was named after Dr. Fredrick Martindale Blackwood, who purchased the land in 1900. He built a house there, which he named Roker, and lived on the property from 1901 to 1907, selling it the following year.Blackwoods Beach by the Dharawal people for thousands of years.

Shark Island is a dangerous reef break about 100 metres off the coast of Cronulla, in Sydney New South Wales, Australia. It comprises a rock ledge that is fully exposed at low tide. The island is a well-known bodyboarding and surfing location. The wave can stand up fast and violently ("jack up" in surfing jargon), making it difficult and dangerous. The island is regarded by bodyboarders as producing one of the "heaviest" waves in the world. The annual Shark Island Challenge bodyboarding contest is held there, as well as the annual Shark Island Swim Challenge held at Cronulla Beach.

Woolooware railway station is located on the Cronulla line, serving the Sydney suburb of Woolooware. It is served by Sydney Trains T4 line services.

Cronulla High School (abbreviated as CHS) is a government-funded co-educational comprehensive secondary day school that is located in Cronulla, a southern suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The school was established in 1961, and has an enrolment of approximately 1,300 students from the grades year 7 through to year 12.Cronulla High School has a close proximity to the Tasman Sea and Botany Bay, located in a relatively large local catchment area with a large enrolment of roughly 1,300 students. The school is operated by the New South Wales Department of Education; the current principal is Tony Ibrahim.

De La Salle College, Cronulla is an independent Roman Catholic comprehensive co-educational secondary day school, located in Cronulla a southern suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Established in 1936 by the De La Salle Brothers, the college currently caters for approximately 470 students in Year 11 and Year 12 from the Sutherland Shire parishes of the Archdiocese of Sydney. The college is under the patronage of the Archbishop of Sydney, Anthony Fisher. De La Salle College is one of 18 Lasallian Schools in Australia, and in 1994 appointed its first lay headmaster. The school is also affiliated with the Catholic Secondary Schools Association NSW/ACT.

The Gunnamatta Bay is a small bay in southern Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Gunnamatta Bay is located off the Port Hacking estuary, in the Sutherland Shire. The foreshore is a natural boundary for the suburbs of Cronulla to the east, Woolooware to the north and Burraneer to the west.

Woolooware is a suburb in southern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Woolooware is located 24 kilometres (15 mi) south of the Sydney central business district in the Sutherland Shire. It shares the 2230 postcode with Cronulla. Woolooware stretches from Woolooware Bay in the north on the Georges River estuary to Burraneer Bay and Gunnamatta Bay in the south on the Hacking River and Port Hacking estuary. It borders the suburbs of Cronulla, Caringbah, Burraneer and Kurnell.

The Cronulla Sutherland Leagues Club, known as Sharkies, is a licensed club that was established for the purpose of promoting the development of the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks and rugby league. The leagues club sits beside the Sharks home ground, Endeavour Field and is located on Captain Cook Drive at Woolooware.
