Karlstrup

Solrød Strand station is a station on the Køge radial of the S-train network in Copenhagen, Denmark. It serves Solrød Strand, in the northeastern part of the municipality of Solrød, and serves as the extended terminus of service A, with every second train terminating here on weekdays during daytime.

Karlslunde is a suburb 25 km (16 mi) south-west of central Copenhagen, Denmark. The suburb is a part of Greve municipality. Karlslunde is generally divided into Karlslunde Landsby and Karlslunde Strand split by Karlslunde Landevej (Taastrupvejen). The suburb is connected with the S-train network lines A and E. The city has quite a rich history, as the viking Svend-Grate fought a vital battle against the Vends in Karlslunde in the year of 1153. Karlslunde was also part of Tunestillingen which was a defensive line to protect Copenhagen against a possible attack from the germans under World War I. Mosede Fort (also in Karlslunde) is an old fort which was a key part of this defensive line. Mosede Fort also has a very interesting interactive museum where you can learn more about Tunestillingen and the central role Karlslunde played in it.

Solrød Strand is a Danish town, seat of the Solrød Municipality, in the Region Sjælland. It is commonly known simply as Solrød. Its population as of 1 January 2022 was 17,337 including Jersie Strand, the southern part of the Solrød Strand urban area.

Jersie or Jersie Strand is a town 32 kilometres (20 mi) south-west of central Copenhagen and form the southern part of the Solrød Strand urban area. The suburb is connected with the radial line Køgebugtbanen, a part of the S-train network, at the Jersie station. The village of Jersie, west of Jersie Strand, has a population of 526 (1 January 2022). Jersie Church is located in the village.

Gjeddesdal is a manor house located in Greve Municipality, some 20 kilometres west of central Copenhagen, Denmark. The estate was created in the 1670s but the current main building was built after a fire in 1916.

Mosede Fort, located in Mosede, Denmark is a coastal fort, part of Tunestillingen (the Tune Line), built in the years before and during the First World War, to protect the Bay of Køge from possible German naval invasions. It is now a protected area with a museum, grassy fields for recreation and a restaurant.

Køge Nord (North) Station is an Intercity, regional and S-train station that opened on 1 June 2019 in Køge, Denmark. It is about 35 km southwest of Copenhagen. The station and the Copenhagen–Ringsted Line constitute part of the Fehmarn Belt connection to Germany, and also the main line to western Denmark. It will allow passengers to change trains between high-speed rail services and S-trains, as well as regional services. Crown Prince Frederik inaugurated the station on 31 May 2019. The six platforms are built on each side of an eight-lane motorway (two S-train platforms to the east; the main line platforms to the west) and are connected by a 225-metre pedestrian bridge. The high-speed line between Ny Ellebjerg and Ringsted is now completed, but adjustments are needed at Ringsted station before trains can start running at 250 km/h. S-trains and a limited regional service began using Køge Nord the day after its inauguration. Intercity services started in December 2019.The station was chosen as a world selection for the 2020 edition of the Prix Versailles in the passenger stations category, and won the special prize exterior.

Reerslev is a town in the Høje-Taastrup Municipality in northeast Zealand, Denmark. It is located 3.5 kilometers south of Hedehusene, 3.5 kilometers north of Tune and 27 kilometers west of Copenhagen. As of 2022, it has a population of 696.

Reerslev Church lies in the village of Reerslev, adjacent to Høje-Taastrup near Roskilde in Denmark. It has a number of interesting frescos or kalkmalerier painted by artists from the Isefjord school.
