Rösrath

Brunsbach (also: Knipperbach) is a small river of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is a left tributary of the Sülz. It flows into the Sülz near Rösrath.

Cologne Bonn Airport (German: Flughafen Köln/Bonn Konrad Adenauer) (IATA: CGN, ICAO: EDDK) is the international airport of Germany's fourth-largest city Cologne, and also serves Bonn, the former capital of West Germany. With approximately 12.4 million passengers passing through it in 2017, it is the seventh-largest passenger airport in Germany and the third-largest in terms of cargo operations. The airport is centrally located in the Cologne Bonn Region 12 km (7.5 mi) southeast of Cologne city centre and 16 km (9.9 mi) northeast of Bonn. Cologne Bonn Airport is one of the country's few 24-hour airports and serves as a hub for Eurowings, FedEx Express and UPS Airlines as well as a focus city for several leisure and low-cost airlines. It is also a host of the German and European space agencies DLR and EAC, part of ESA, which train astronauts there for space explorations. Cologne Bonn airport is only 49 km (30 mi) south of larger Düsseldorf Airport, the main airport of Rhine-Ruhr, and also competes with Frankfurt Airport, Germany's major international airport, which can be reached from Cologne within 47 minutes by the ICE high-speed train. The airport is jointly owned by the City of Cologne (31.12%), the Federal Republic of Germany (30.94%), the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (30.94%), the City of Bonn (6.06%) and two counties: Rhein-Sieg-Kreis (0.59%) and Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis (0.35%).

Monte Troodelöh is the highest point in the municipal area of the city of Cologne. It lies in the Rath/Heumar district, approximately 1,250 metres south of the A4 at Wolfsweg between the intersection of Pionier-Hütten-Weg and the Brück-Forsbacher Weg.

The Albertus-Magnus-Gymnasium (AMG) is a school in Bensberg, part of the city of Bergisch Gladbach in Germany. It provides secondary education in the German system from grade 5 to 12/13. It was founded in 1858 as the Bensberger-Progymnasium. Since 1958 it exists in current form providing nine years of education which has changed for new students since 2005 to eight years. The student body comprises between 900 and 1100 students with 70 to 90 teachers.[1] The school is named after Albertus Magnus, a religious scholar and philosopher. The school offers different types of education: main education (German/English from grade 5 on) bilingual education (German/more English classes from grade 5 on and from grade 7 on History, Politics and Geography in English instead in German) "dual" education (German/English and French from grade 6 on)

Cologne/Bonn Airport (German: Köln/Bonn Flughafen) is a station at Cologne Bonn Airport in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It was built as part of the Cologne–Frankfurt high-speed rail line and opened in June 2004 on an approximately 15 kilometre-long airport loop. It is served by Intercity-Express (ICE), Rhine-Ruhr S-Bahn and regional services.The Cologne Bonn airport was the third German airport to have a connection to the ICE network after Frankfurt Airport and Düsseldorf Airport. The approximately 420 m (1,380 ft)-long and 40 m (130 ft)-wide underground station is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 3 station. The four platform tracks are located 18 m (59 ft) below the surface.In 2002, the projected construction cost of the station stood at €58.3 million. It was funded by the federal government, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the Cologne Bonn Airport. In total, the federal government contributed approximately €255 million to the construction costs of the airport loop and station.

Vendôme is a Michelin 2-star restaurant in Bergisch Gladbach, near Cologne, Germany. The restaurant is led by chef de cuisine Joachim Wissler, and is part of the Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg. Under Wissler, Vendôme received its first Michelin star in 2001, a second in 2002 and finally the third in 2005, an award only given to "exceptional cuisine with distinctive dishes, precisely executed using superlative ingredients, and worth a special journey". Vendôme has consistently been ranked among The World's 50 Best Restaurants since 2008. It was voted 47th best in the world on Restaurant magazine's 2017 list, the highest ranked German restaurant of two on the list, the other being Tim Raue's restaurant currently ranked at number 48.

Bensberg Castle (German: Schloss Bensberg) is a former royal hunting lodge in Bergisch Gladbach, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is now operated as a luxury hotel under the name 'Althoff Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg'. The central axis of the building complex is exactly geared to the Cologne Cathedral.
