The Segerstrom Center for the Arts (originally called Orange County Performing Arts Center) is a performing arts complex located in Costa Mesa, California, United States, which opened in 1986. The Center's Segerstrom Hall and Judy Morr Theater were designed by Charles Lawrence and opened in 1986. The Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, Samueli Theater, and the Lawrence and Kristina Dodge Education Center opened in 2006, and were designed by Cesar Pelli, an architect who has received numerous awards and other honors for his work including the American Institute of Architects Gold Medal in 1995.It is the artistic home to three resident companies: Pacific Symphony, the Philharmonic Society of Orange County, and Pacific Chorale.

South Coast Repertory (SCR) is a professional theatre company located in Costa Mesa, California. Tony Award-winning South Coast Repertory, founded in 1964 by David Emmes and Martin Benson, is led by Artistic Director David Ivers and Managing Director Paula Tomei. SCR is widely regarded as one of America's foremost producers of new plays. In its three-stage David Emmes/Martin Benson Theatre Center, SCR produces a five-play season on its Segerstrom Stage, a four-play season on its Julianne Argyros Stage, plus one annual holiday production. SCR also offers a three-play Theatre for Young Audiences series, and year-round programs in education and outreach. It also is home to the Pacific Playwrights Festival, an annual three-day new play festival.

Saddleback High School is a six-year IB secondary school located in Santa Ana, California, United States, and is part of the Santa Ana Unified School District. The school was established in 1967. Its mascot is the roadrunner, and its colors are green, gold, and white. The school principal from 2009 to June 2015 was Dr. Robert Laxton. The current principal is Edward Bustamante. Saddleback High School has adopted the nickname "The College Majors School". The very first CIF Champions in school history was under the leadership of Coach Jim Knapp (Track and Field), in 1973. The track athletes were all sophomores, John Peterson, Scott Brooklyn, Danny Ruvolo, and Sammy Murrietta

Knife Pleat is a French restaurant run by chef Tony Esnault and his wife and restaurateur Yassmin Sarmadi in Costa Mesa, California. Esnault and Sarmadi are best known for creating Los Angeles restaurants Spring and Church & StateKnife Pleat is located in the penthouse of South Coast Plaza and seats approximately 80 people in two dining areas. In 2021, the restaurant was awarded one Michelin star.

South Coast Plaza is a regional shopping mall in Costa Mesa, California. The largest shopping center on the West Coast of the United States, its pre-COVID sales of over $1.5 billion annually were the highest in the United States. Its 275 retailers represent the highest concentration of design fashion retail in the U.S., with the second highest sales-volume in California at $800 per square foot ($8,600/m2)—second only to Westfield Valley Fair in San Jose-Santa Clara, at $809 per square foot ($8,710/m2). The national average is $411 per square foot ($4,420/m2). The mall is anchored by three Macy's stores, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, and Saks Fifth Avenue. The South Coast Plaza is the largest shopping mall in California and the 4th largest in the United States.

Rickenbacker International Corporation is a string instrument manufacturer based in Santa Ana, California. The company is credited as the first known maker of electric guitars – a steel guitar in 1932 – and today produces a range of electric guitars and basses.Rickenbacker twelve-string guitars were favoured by George Harrison of the Beatles, Roger McGuinn of the Byrds, Pete Townshend of the Who, and Tom Petty. Players of the six-string include John Lennon of the Beatles, John Fogerty of Creedence Clearwater Revival, Paul Weller of the Jam, John Kay of Steppenwolf, Peter Buck of R.E.M., Johnny Marr of the Smiths, and Susanna Hoffs of the Bangles. Bryman Institute is now Everest Institute, a system of for-profit colleges in the United States, with campuses in Brighton, Massachusetts, Chelsea, Massachusetts, Eagan, Minnesota, Gahanna, Ohio, and South Plainfield, New Jersey. The schools are owned by Corinthian Colleges, Inc., which also owns the similarly named Everest College system.

Segerstrom High School is a public high school in Santa Ana, California, and is part of the Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD). The school opened in fall of 2005. Wealthy landowner Henry Segerstrom - for whom Segerstrom High School is named - is a familiar name in Orange County. The land upon which Segerstrom High School is built was purchased from the Segerstrom family, who once grew crops on these acres.

Santa Ana Valley High School, also referred to as Valley High School is located at 1801 S. Greenville St. in Santa Ana, CA 92704. Valley High was built in 1959.

Cesar E. Chavez High School is a continuation school in Santa Ana, California. In 2004, the school was granted a six-year accreditation by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). In 2005 the school was selected a model continuation School by State Superintendent of Public Instruction Jack O’Connell among other schools.

Cesar E. Chavez High School opened in 2003 and serves 1,650 students in grades nine through twelve. Located at the southern part of the Central San Joaquin Valley, Delano is an agricultural community which straddles the southern end of Tulare County and northern Kern County. Cesar E. Chavez High School serves students residing in Delano as well as the surrounding rural communities and/or districts. These feeder districts include, Earlimart, Pond, Allensworth, Richgrove and Columbine. The School was named after Cesar E. Chavez in his honor. In Houston, Texas has a high school named after the activist also, Chávez High School (Houston).

Mater Dei High School is a private, Catholic, co-educational secondary school in Santa Ana, California. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange. Mater Dei is known for its strong sports programs, especially in football, and for its multiple graduates who have won the Heisman Trophy. As of 2022, the school has had 23 Gatorade Players of the Year. The Football team plays in the Southern Section Division 1, and most recently won the CIF State Championship during the 2021 season. There is a total of 25 sports teams at the school, with 71% of the athletes being on the Honor Roll.
