Glengary is an unincorporated community situated in Back Creek Valley in Berkeley County, West Virginia, United States. It is located at the intersection of West Virginia Route 45 with County Routes 7 and 22. According to the 2000 census, the Glengary community has a population of 277.During the January 2016 United States blizzard, Glengary received the largest accumulation of snow (42 inches) of any area affected by the blizzard.

Green Spring is an unincorporated community in northern Frederick County, Virginia, United States of America. Green Spring lies on the southern flank of North Mountain along Green Spring Run, a tributary stream of Back Creek. The community is located on Green Spring Road (VA 671) at its junction with Cedar Grove Road (VA 654).

Old Stone Church, also known as Green Spring Church and Stone Church, is a historic Lutheran church located at White Hall, Frederick County, Virginia. It was built about 1820, and rebuilt in 1838 after a fire. It is a one-story, gable-roofed, cut stone church. Also on the property is a contributing cemetery with many headstones dating from the early to mid-19th century and two stone gate pillars. It is the second oldest stone church surviving in Frederick County.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Mt. Pleasant School, now known as Mt. Olive Methodist Church, is a historic one-room school building located near Gerrardstown, Berkeley County, West Virginia. It was built about 1897 and is a one-story, gable roofed vernacular building. It measures approximately 24 feet wide and 39 feet deep. The exterior is finished in native random ashlar limestone. It is built into the slope of the hillside, and features a raised front porch. The school was built for African American children. It ceased use as a school in 1939 and began use as a church in 1942.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

Crumley–Lynn–Lodge House is a historic home located near Winchester, Frederick County, Virginia. The earliest section was built about 1759, and was a 1+1⁄2-story, log section raised to a full two stories about 1850. About 1830, a two-story, Federal style brick section was added. A two-story frame section was added to the original log section in 1987–1994. The front facade features a folk Victorian-style front porch with square columns, sawn brackets and pendants, and plain handrail and balusters. Also on the property are the contributing mid-19th-century brick granary, and log meat house, as well as a late-19th century corn crib, and the stone foundation of a barn.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Ganotown is an unincorporated community on Back Creek in Berkeley County, West Virginia, United States. It is located at the crossroads of County Routes 7 and 7/19. The community was named after the local Gano family.

Isaacs Creek is a 15.0-mile-long (24.1 km) tributary stream of Back Creek in Frederick County, Virginia. Isaacs Creek rises on Timber Ridge at the boundary line with Hampshire County, West Virginia, and flows into Back Creek at Grave Hill shortly before Back Creek's confluence with Hogue Creek. The stream is dammed (along with Yeiders Run and other small streams) to create Lake Holiday.

Shockeysville is an unincorporated community in northern Frederick County, Virginia, United States. It is the northernmost community in the state. Shockeysville is located at the junction of Shockeysville (VA 671) and Holiday (VA 691) Roads on Winding Ridge southwest of Shockeys Knob (1873 feet/571 meters) on Sleepy Creek Mountain. The community and the knob are both named for the Shockey's, a prevalent family in the area.

Benjamin H. Snyder House is a historic home located near Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia. It was built about 1925, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, Arts and Crafts-style bungalow. It is built of concrete with weather board finished gables and the remainder finished in stucco. The front facade features a recessed, arcaded front porch. Also on the property are a concrete block garage (c. 1925), retaining wall (c. 1925), and a concrete obelisk memorializing an 18th-century ford of Opequon Creek known as an Old Pack Horse Ford (c. 1940).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Washington Gold House, also known as "Mountain View" Farm, is a historic home located near Gerrardstown, Berkeley County, West Virginia, United States. It was built in 1854 and is a two-story,L-shaped brick dwelling in the Greek Revival style. The house is in two sections; the front section is five bays wide and the rear section four bays deep. The front facade features a Victorian entrance porch added about 1890. Also on the property is a carriage house (c. 1890) and small long cabin, known as the Rippey cabin (c. 1760) for the original owner.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
