Braemar Hill Mansions (Chinese: 賽西湖大廈) is a large-scale private housing estate located on 15–43 Braemar Hill Road in Braemar Hill, North Point, Hong Kong (Apple Daily 2010). It was developed by Cheung Kong Holdings (Apple Daily 2010) and was completed in February 1978 (Centadata). The housing estate was constructed at the site of a former reservoir, which was purchased by Li Ka-shing from Swire Group in the 1970s (曹 2015). The housing estate is composed of 15 tower blocks of 25 floors each and has a total of 925 apartments, including three different apartment layouts (Apple Daily 2010, Ming Pao 2011, Centadata). The most common layout, with a total of 525 apartments, has an area of 1260 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms, with 3 apartments per floor of each tower block. The other two layouts, with 200 apartments each, have areas of 1490 and 1640 square feet and includes 3 and 4 bedrooms respectively, with 2 apartments per floor of each tower block (Apple Daily 2010). The housing estate provides facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, a car park, and a shopping centre. Adjacent to the housing estate is the Choi Sai Woo Park, an urban park of which 80% of its area is exclusive for residents of the housing estate (Apple Daily 2010, Ming Pao 2011). Minibus service is provided to North Point and Causeway Bay city centres (Apple Daily 2010). Due to its location near the top of Braemar Hill, the views from the apartments, and estate facilities, the housing estate has earned a reputation as a classic example of luxury property in the North Point area of Hong Kong (Apple Daily 2010, The Sun 2014). The windows of the apartments do not include window sills, and the apartment layouts allow efficient utilization, making the housing estate popular among Hong Kong people. Demand is high, and the prices of apartments in the housing estate have remained at a relatively high level (Apple Daily 2010, Ming Pao 2011).

Quarry Bay School is the oldest English Schools Foundation primary school in Hong Kong. There are around 720 students. The principal is currently Sue Yee who started her role in August 2021. Mina Dunstan was principal from 2012 until June 2021. The previous principal was Debra Gardiner who, before he retired, had been at Quarry Bay School for 4 years.

Cheung Chuk Shan College is an aided, whole-day co-educational grammar secondary school founded in Hong Kong in 1969 by a group of philanthropists of the Five Districts Business Welfare Association. The School is named after. Cheung Chuk Shan (1882 – 1936), a merchant from Siyi area of Southern Guangdong in the early 20th century.

Tin Hau Temple Road (Chinese: 天后廟道) is a road starting in Causeway Bay near Tin Hau MTR station with a large portion being in the North Point Mid-Levels on Hong Kong Island, in Hong Kong. Starting from King's Road on the west, the road then slopes up, before being mostly flat, until it ends in a dead end after a roundabout. A number of intersections connect Tin Hau Temple Road to other roads, such as Fortress Hill Road, Cloud View Road and Pak Fuk Road.

Ching Wah Street is a street in North Point in Hong Kong. The short, primarily residential, street runs from west to east, parallel to King's Road, at a higher elevation, just behind St. Jude's Church. It is the location of Kiangsu and Chekiang Primary School and Eng Yu Evangelistic Mission Hong Kong Church.

Kiangsu and Chekiang Primary School (also called as KCPS) is a co-educational primary school in North Point, Hong Kong founded in 1953 by the Kiangsu and Chekiang Residents' Association of Hong Kong. It was the first school in Hong Kong to teach primarily in Mandarin Chinese, and for many years continued to be the only school to do so.The school has a nursery and kindergarten section, and children are admitted from their second birthday, into the nursery class.

Fortress Hill Methodist Secondary School (Chinese: 炮台山循道衞理中學) is a school located in North Point, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is a secondary school serving students with learning difficulties.

St. Joan of Arc Secondary School (SJA, Chinese: 聖貞德中學) is a Roman Catholic co-educational school founded in 1955 by a group of Catholic women who graduated from the University of Hong Kong. English is the primary medium of instruction in St. Joan of Arc Secondary School. It is the medium of instruction in junior Form English, Mathematics and Integrated Science. English is the language of instruction for most of the NSS subjects. In Chinese Language classes, Mandarin language is the medium of instruction. Chinese language is used in some of the elective subjects. St. Joan of Arc Secondary School is currently located in Braemer Hill, North Point, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong.

Clementi Secondary School (Chinese: 金文泰中學) is a secondary institution in Fortress Hill, North Point, Hong Kong. Founded by the 17th British Governor of Hong Kong Sir Cecil Clementi, the school was the first to use Chinese as the primary medium of instruction in Hong Kong.

Fort Street is a street in North Point in Hong Kong. The street, primarily residential, runs from west to east, parallel to King's Road, at a higher elevation. It is the location of the terminus of Hong Kong Island Green Minibus Route 65. The eastern half of the street is a private road. Drivers pay to the cashier's office at the corner of North View Street for parking their vehicles.

Fort Street is one of the 35 constituencies in the Eastern District, Hong Kong. The constituency returns one district councillor to the Eastern District Council, with an election every four years. Fort Street constituency is loosely based on the area of Fort Street in North Point with estimated population of 16,157.
