Björnö, Haninge

Sandemar Nature Reserve (Swedish: Sandemars naturreservat) is a nature reserve in Stockholm County in Sweden. The nature reserve lies close to Sandemar Castle and the landscape is characterised by having been part of the manorial estate for a long time. The area is considered to be one of the foremost examples in Stockholm County of such a landscape. It includes coastal meadows rich in bird-life and a rich fen situated in the eastern part of the reserve. The fen is regularly tended to in order to preserve its special flora and fauna, which includes early marsh orchid, fen orchid, marsh helleborine and the carnivorous common butterwort. The coastal meadows contain stands of elder-flowered orchid and Fritillaria meleagris, and the flat meadows and shallow water is also an important habitat for birds. For the convenience of visitors, a bird watching tower has been built not far from the water's edge. The nature reserve is part of the EU-wide Natura 2000-network.

Sandemar Castle is a castle in Sweden. It is owned by Karin Mattson Nordin, daughter of the real estate developer John Mattson. It is lockated in Sandemar in Österhaninge parish and Haninge municipality on Södertörn. The castle is located on the old route Dalarövägen, about three kilometers west of Dalarö and was built in 1670s. Sandemar is one of the very few Carolingian castles that are well preserved, it still functions as a private residence.

Dalarö has long been home to Swedish high society's seaside houses. Since the 19th century, the town of Dalarö has been a holiday resort for the international guests. The historical valuable buildings are of national interest. Dalarö and the surrounding built-up area has a diverse year-round and summer cottages. During the summer months Dalarö is frequented by many tourists.

Grändalssjön (Swedish for "Lake of Grändalen") is a small lake in Tyresö Municipality south-east of central Stockholm, Sweden. Grändalssjön, one of the lakes within the Tyresån Lake System, empties in its eastern end into a southbound bay of lake Albysjön located north of it. Immediately north of Grändalssjön is the Raksta open-air area, and Övre kärret ("Upper Swamp"), a swampy lake, is located west of the lake. Two small cottages located nearby, Grändalen and Skansen, are part of Gamla Tyresö. The lake is popular for bathing and fishing. Motorboats are not allowed on the lake. It is virtually unaffected by eutrophication and human activities. It consequently has moderate levels of nutrients.The stock of crayfishes is undocumented, but fishing using a maximum of ten tools is allowed with a fishing license. Aquatic vegetation is dominated by Fragile Stonewort.
