St. Michael's Episcopal Church, Parish House and Rectory is a group of architecturally-significant religious buildings located at 200-216 North Mill Street in Birdsboro, Berks County, Pennsylvania. It was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1982. Prior to the 2003 removal of its stained-glass windows, pipe organ, and interior furnishings, the building was considered the most unaltered of Victorian architect Frank Furness's churches. The property was sold in 2005, and is now the New First Baptist Church of Birdsboro.

Birdsboro station was a Pennsylvania Railroad station in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania. The station was located on the Pennsylvania's Schuylkill Branch. It was located at the northwest corner of Furnace Street and 1st Avenue, across the street from the Reading Company's station on the Wilmington and Northern Branch. The passenger and freight building still stand; the former is a restaurant.

The Reading Company used two passenger railway stations in or near Birdsboro, Pennsylvania. The Philadelphia and Reading Railroad built a station (1878, demolished?) on its Main Line in Exeter Township, on the opposite side of the Schuylkill River from Birdsboro. The Wilmington and Northern Railroad established a freight line to Birdsboro in 1870, but it was not until after its merger with the Reading Company that its passenger station (1884–1885, demolished 1963) was built in the borough.

As of the 2020 census, it had a population of 5,106. Birdsboro's economy had historically been rooted in large foundries and machine shops, none of which remain in operation today.

The Edward Brooke II Mansion (1887–88), also known as "Brookeholm," is a Queen Anne country house at 301 Washington Street in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania.: 284  Designed by architect Frank Furness and completed in 1888, it was Edward Brooke II's wedding present to his bride, Anne Louise Clingan.: 60 Five years later, Edward II himself designed a major addition to the mansion.: 224  Following their parents' deaths, the Brooke children sold the property in the 1940s.: 225  The mansion served as a nursing home for thirty years, and recently as a bed and breakfast.: 225 The property spent fourteen years on and off the real estate market, before being sold at auction on September 29, 2018, for $572,000.

The Daniel Boone Homestead, the birthplace of American frontiersman Daniel Boone, is a museum and historic house that is administered by the Friends of the Daniel Boone Homestead near Birdsboro in Berks County, Pennsylvania. It is located on nearly 600 acres (2.4 km2) and is the largest site owned by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission. The staff at Daniel Boone Homestead interpret the lives of the three main families that lived at the Homestead: the Boones, the Maugridges and the DeTurks. The park is just off U.S. Route 422 north of Birdsboro in Exeter Township.

The Mordecai Lincoln House is a historic house in Exeter Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania built c. 1733 by Mordecai Lincoln, the great-great-grandfather of President Abraham Lincoln. The house stands in the narrow valley of Hiester Creek on a 9-acre plot near the village of Lorane on Lincoln Road.

The Griesemer-Brown Mill Complex is an historic grist mill complex which is located on Monocacy Creek in Amity Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Monocacy Creek is a 13.0-mile-long (20.9 km) tributary of the Schuylkill River in Berks County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. Monocacy Creek joins the Schuylkill at Monocacy Station. Monocacy is a name derived from a Native American language purported to mean "stream with large beds".
