Dallas is a borough in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,692 at the 2020 census. The local government describes the borough as the "Pride" of the Back Mountain (a 118 square mile region in northern Luzerne County). The area includes the townships of Dallas, Franklin, Jackson, Kingston, Lake, and Lehman. The region also includes the boroughs of Dallas and Harveys Lake. Dallas is in the vicinity of Misericordia University and Dallas State Correctional Institution (which holds 2,150 inmates).

Dallas High School is the sole high school operated by the Dallas School District. The population was 33,551 as of 2016. The region has a total area of 117.59 square miles (304.6 km2). The area was not delineated as a CDP for the 2010 census. The name "Back Mountain" refers to the area's location behind the mountain ridge forming the northwest side of the Wyoming Valley. The area includes the townships of Dallas, Franklin, Jackson, Kingston, Lake, and Lehman. The region also includes the boroughs of Dallas and Harveys Lake. Each township and borough is independently governed.

The stream is affected by sediment deposits and debris such as fallen trees. Wisconsinan Till, alluvium, wetlands, and bedrock consisting of shale and sandstone occur in the stream's vicinity.

Huntsville Creek is a tributary of Toby Creek in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is approximately 7.5 miles (12.1 km) long and flows through Dallas Township, Dallas, Lehman Township, Jackson Township, and Kingston Township. The watershed of the creek has an area of 14.7 square miles (38 km2). It is designated as a Coldwater Fishery and a Migratory Fishery. Wisconsinan Till, Wisconsinan Ice-Contact Stratified Drift, alluvium, sandstone and shale pits, and bedrock consisting of sandstone and shale all occur in the watershed. A 2-billion gallon reservoir known as the Huntsville Reservoir is situated on the creek. The reservoir supplies water to 30,000 people. The creek has one named tributary, which is known as Browns Creek.

Lake Manjo (also known as Manjo Lake) is a manmade lake in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It has a surface area of approximately 9 acres (3.6 ha) and is situated in Franklin Township. The surficial geology near the lake consists of bedrock and Wisconsinan Till. The lake is not accessible to the public. However, a camp known as Camp Orchard Hill is located near the lake.
