Somerset State Hospital

Somerset () is a borough in and the county seat of Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 6,046 at the 2020 census. The borough is surrounded by Somerset Township and is located off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-70 and I-76). Somerset is the principal city of the Somerset micropolitan statistical area, which consists of Somerset County, and is also a principal city of the larger Johnstown-Somerset combined statistical area.

The Uptown Somerset Historic District is a national historic district that is located in Somerset in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995, with a boundary increase in 1997.

Somerset County Courthouse is a historic county courthouse building located at Somerset, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. It was built between 1904 and 1906, and is a two-story Classical Revival building measuring 146 feet by 112 feet, and 135 feet tall. It is built of Indiana limestone and sits on a sandstone foundation. The building has a terra cotta tile roof, and central tower with copper dome. It features a semicircular portico supported by four unfluted Corinthian order columns.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. It is located in the Uptown Somerset Historic District.The Somerset County Soldiers' Monument (1888) stands at the northeast corner of Centre Avenue and Union Street, on courthouse grounds. About 100 feet east of it, between the courthouse and the old brick jail, stands the 142nd Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry Monument (2003).

Daniel B. Zimmerman Mansion, also known as Manor Hill, now The Georgian Inn of Somerset, is a historic mansion located at Somerset Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. It was designed by noted Philadelphia architect Horace Trumbauer and built in 1915. It is a 3-story, brick Georgian Revival style mansion, with a five bay central section with a hipped roof, flanked by asymmetrical wings. It has housed a hotel since 2010.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
