Horsham is a market town on the upper reaches of the River Arun on the fringe of the Weald in West Sussex, England. The town is 31 miles (50 km) south south-west of London, 18.5 miles (30 km) north-west of Brighton and 26 miles (42 km) north-east of the county town of Chichester. Nearby towns include Crawley to the north-east and Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill to the south-east. It is the administrative centre of the Horsham district.

The Capitol Theatre is a multi-purpose arts venue in Horsham, West Sussex, England.The original Capitol Theatre, built in Italian style by the Blue Flash Cinema Company, was opened on Wednesday 7 November 1923. As Earl Winterton was unable to be present speeches were made by Mrs. Campion, wife of Lt. Col. Campion of the Blue Flash company, who opened the venue, and Lady Burrel. The first silent film shown, Chu Chin Chow was accompanied by music played by the band of the 4th Royal Sussex Regiment and singing by baritone Frank Watts. Blue Flash had been set up to provide employment for soldiers of the battalion, especially the musicians, on a not-for-profit basis. The building work was undertaken by Goodman & Kay of Horsham. The building, on what was then London Road near the town centre, was set back from the street with an Italianate courtyard in front, including a fountain. A Hill, Norman & Beard organ was installed in 1924 and an RCA sound system in 1929.The theatre was taken over by Union Cinemas in 1935, and they in turn were taken over by ABC Cinemas in 1937. In August 1954 ABC closed the cinema which was then used as a community centre, including live theatre, and was later a Regional Film Theatre for the British Film Institute. With its closure in 1983, Horsham District Council purchased a former ABC cinema on North Street, which had opened in 1936, and developed it into the Horsham Arts Centre. This opened to the public at Christmas 1984. After nearly 20 years Horsham Arts Centre closed in January 2002; a following £6 million refurbishment was completed by September 2003. The venue houses a 400-seat theatre, studio theatre, two cinema screens, gallery space, meeting room, café and lounge bar. The original Capitol Theatre was demolished. The new site was opened by HM Elizabeth II on 24 October 2003.On January 26th, 2008, Barney, Baby Bop, BJ and their new friend Riff performed here in Barney Live! - The Let's Go Tour in honor of Barney's 20th Anniversary.

Horsham Town Hall is a municipal building in the Market Square in Horsham, West Sussex. It is a Grade II listed building.

Horsham Museum is a museum at Horsham, West Sussex, in South East England. It was founded in August 1893 by volunteers of the Free Christian (now Unitarian) Church and became part of Horsham District Council in 1974. It is a fully accredited museum and serves both Horsham and its district with the support of the Friends of Horsham Museum and an active volunteer base.

Horsham railway station serves the town of Horsham in West Sussex, England. It is 37 miles 56 chains (60.7 km) down the line from London Bridge, measured via Redhill, on the Arun Valley Line and the Sutton & Mole Valley Lines, and train services are provided by Southern. Services on the Sutton & Mole Valley Line from London Victoria via Dorking terminate here, the others continue into the Arun Valley: a half-hourly service from London Victoria to Southampton Central or Portsmouth Harbour (alternating) and Bognor Regis. These trains usually divide here with the front (Southampton/Portsmouth) portion travelling fast (next stop Barnham) and the rear (Bognor Regis) half providing stopping services. A new Thameslink service (TL5) entered service in March 2018, running from Horsham to Peterborough (via Redhill). This now connects London Bridge, Farringdon and Kings Cross St Pancras in central London, through north London, to Huntingdon and Peterborough.

Bohunt Horsham is a coeducational all-through school located in Horsham, West Sussex, England. The school opened to 120 students in Year 7 in 2019 in the centre of Horsham whilst a new, purpose-built school is currently in development North of the town. Eventually the school will take 1620 students from ages 4–16, and will include a nursery with provision for 50 places. Bohunt School Horsham is funded by the Department for Education as a free school. The school is sponsored by the Bohunt Education Trust, led by Bohunt School in Liphook, Hampshire.

The Hope Chapel is a Strict Baptist place of worship in the town of Horsham in the English county of West Sussex. The chapel was built in 1903. Horsham's second Strict Baptist chapel had its origins in meetings in a public hall in March 1900. The congregation moved several times, but on 2 December 1903 their new red-brick square-windowed chapel on Oakhill Road was inaugurated, and worship has continued there ever since. The three founders were from Kent.

Chesworth House is a former Tudor manor house, located a mile south of Horsham, West Sussex, England. The original Manor house became a farmhouse and has been extended several times. Part of the building is constructed of brick-clad timber framing, part of brick and part of stone rubble. It is a Grade II* listed building, so designated on account of its architectural interest and its historical association with three queens of England.

Horsham Hospital is a health facility at Hurst Road in Horsham, West Sussex, England. It is managed by Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.

Rising Universe, more commonly known locally as the Shelley Fountain, was a large kinetic water sculpture in Horsham, West Sussex, England. It was created by the sculptor Angela Conner and installed in 1996 to commemorate the bicentenary of the birth of the poet Percy Bysshe Shelley, who was born near Horsham. Conner refers to the work by the name Cosmic Cycle, which is the name originally attached to the work on a brass plaque. The fountain was dismantled and removed from its location in the town centre in June 2016 after district councillors voted that it had "reached the end of its serviceable life".

The College of Richard Collyer (colloquially Collyer's ), formerly called Collyer's School, is a co-educational sixth form college in Horsham, West Sussex, England. The college was rated as being ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2009. It is the second oldest school in West Sussex after The Prebendal School in Chichester and the fourth oldest school in Sussex. The college is Grade II listed by English Heritage.
