The Forum at 343 East 74th Street is a 25-story residential condop building located on the Upper East Side in New York City. The building's location, midblock between First and Second Avenue on 74th Street makes the building visible from many parts of the Upper East Side. The building, which was completed in 1986, was opened to residents in 1987 and comprises 148 apartment units ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

The Archdiocesan Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, at 319–337 East 74th Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City, is a Neo-Byzantine-style Greek Orthodox church. It serves as the national cathedral of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, and as the episcopal seat of Archbishop Elpidophoros of America.Established in 1891, and at its present location since 1932, it was the second Greek Orthodox church in the Americas, the first in New York City, and the largest Eastern Orthodox church in the Western Hemisphere.

Bohemian National Hall (Czech: Česká národní budova) is a five-story building at 321 East 73d Street on the Upper East Side, Manhattan. The building was built between 1895 and 1897 in neo-Renaissance style by architect William C. Frohne. It was a Czech American social and culture center in New York City. From the late 1930s to the 1980s it was rented out to various organizations, including the Manhattan Theater Club, which began there. In 1994 the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission named it a landmark. In 2001, it was sold by the Bohemian Benevolent & Literary Association to the Czech government for $1. In return, the Czech government agreed to renovate the building. Its first use after the change of ownership came in 2005, when it served as the venue for a celebration of the 70th birthday of Václav Havel, a kickoff event for Untitled Theater Company #61's Havel Festival. After a few more events, the Hall shut down for further renovation, reopening October 30, 2008. Now the building is the seat of the Czech Consulate, the New York Czech Center, the Bohemian Benevolent & Literary Association and the Dvorak American Heritage Association. In the building is also a small cinema, an art gallery, a major ballroom/theater and a roof terrace. Since May 23, 2011 a Czech restaurant called Hospoda is located on the ground floor of the building.

Sasabune is a Japanese sushi restaurant located at 401 East 73rd Street (between First Avenue and York Avenue) on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, in New York City.The décor of the tiny, simple, Spartan, bright restaurant consists of white walls that, as The New York Times put it, have "an almost severe lack of adornment". The restaurant has six seats at the blond sushi bar, 14 seats at nearby tables, and 12 in a back room. The sound level is quiet to moderate.

Ronald McDonald House New York (RMH-NY) is a children's 501(c)(3) charity located at 405 East 73rd Street (between First Avenue and York Avenue), on the Upper East Side in Manhattan in New York City. It provides temporary accommodation for the families of children ages 0–26 undergoing treatment for pediatric cancer, and is the only facility in New York City to provide post-transplant suites outside of a hospital.The House was officially incorporated in 1979 as 26 room facility. It has now grown to be a 95-room, 11-story, 79,000-square-foot (7,300 m2) red brick building that was built in 1989 by the Spector Group. A "Fred Lebow Room" has been dedicated at the House.The House has provided support to over 35,000 families from over 70 countries in its 95 suites. RMH-NY provides not only a place for families to stay but many amenities, programs and support services, such as meals, transportation, tutoring and wellness programs. Additionally, an extensive lineup of activities and events for guests of all ages and backgrounds are offered every day. After long days of treatment, these programs help give children and their families a break and much-needed relief.As of 2017, the President & Chief Executive Officer is Ruth C. Browne.The House accepts and relies upon thousands of volunteers, as well as canine volunteers, in addition to its full-time staff.

Eleanor Roosevelt High School is a small public high school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. Eleanor Roosevelt High School is composed of about 33 teachers and 500 students representing over 40 countries. Initially opened at a temporary location in Chelsea, with 105 ninth graders and a staff of eight, ERHS currently has over 500 students and over 45 staff members. It was designed by Hugh Hardy's H3 Hardy Collaboration Architecture together with SLCE Architects, and built in 2008.The building contains primarily three-to-five bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses, with 10-foot (3.0 m) ceilings. The largest apartments are 3,500-square-foot (330 m2).The lower floors of the building house a 42,000-square-foot (3,900 m2) Equinox gym. The building includes a 2,400-square-foot (220 m2) children’s pavilion, and a private 1,500-square-foot (140 m2) garden.In 2008, apartments in the building sold for prices ranging up to $4,000-per-square-foot. The hospital has 157 beds for in-patients, as well as units focused on adult and geriatric psychiatry, drug rehabilitation, and short-term care. The hospital was built and founded by Cynthia Zirinsky, a mental health care professional, and her husband Richard Zirinsky, a New York City real-estate developer.The hospital had 220 beds when it opened in 1958. The hospital is a member of the NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System.

The Church of the Epiphany is an Episcopal church designed in the Norman Gothic style, located at 1393 York Avenue, on the corner of East 74th Street, on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York City.The church was founded in 1833. The building at its current location was dedicated in 1939, and consecrated in 1944.
