Ferdinand Ewert Building

The Building at 1119–1121 W. Third Street was historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was built in 1875 and featured elements of the Chicago School of architecture. The building was a three-story brick structure with flat arched windows. The third floor windows were shorter than those of the other two floors. The only decoration on the façade was brick corbelling at the cornice level and keystones over the windows. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. This combination commercial and residential rental property had been owned by a series of owners over the years. It has since been demolished and the property turned into a parking lot.

Meiser Drug Store is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was built in 1888 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Amielius Meiser built this structure to house his drug store. He had previously operated an apothecary across the street, and he lived on the upper floors of both buildings. This building is noteworthy for the brick and metal cornice and the light colored stone used in the details.

Hauschild's Hall is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The building was constructed around 1880 in the German section of the city. It is a three-story commercial building with a store front on the main level and four bays on the upper floors. The window openings in the upper floors feature brick segmental arches with keystones and brick sills. The building was constructed in brick, but has subsequently been covered with siding. The cornice level of the building also features decorative brickwork that has also been covered. The building served as the local headquarters of the German Knights of Labor. The local Chapter #2144 was organized in 1866 during a period of labor agitation and dissension within local labor groups.

Koch Drug Store is a historic building located in the central part of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It is a Victorian style commercial building that was built in 1881. The structure was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Centennial Park is one of four parks located along the Mississippi River in downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. The other three are LeClaire Park, which is immediately to the east of Centennial Park, Veterans Memorial Park, which is being developed immediately to the west, and River Heritage Park that is under development on the far east side of downtown. Development of the 250-acre (1.0 km2) park was begun in 2000. Its name is derived from the Rock Island Centennial Bridge, which is on the east side of the park. Centennial Park features a boat ramp, a playground, a gazebo, fishing areas, a dog off leash area, basketball courts, a sprayground, and a skateboard park. The skate board park is used for skateboarding, roller blades and BMX bikes. The Riverfront Parkway passes through the park, and the River's Edge, an indoor sports complex operated by Davenport Parks and Recreation, is on the northeast corner of the park.

The house at 318–332 Marquette Street is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. The multiple-dwelling residential building was built by Lorenz Wahl who operated a grocery store. It has eight units, which housed mainly short term tenants over the years. The building is a 1½ story, side gable structure with small windows below the eaves. The units are symmetrically arraigned with a door on the front and two windows to the side. While rare today, it was a common housing option in the years before and after the American Civil War when poor immigrants and laborers were moving into the city and created a housing shortage. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983.

The Col Ballroom is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and on the Davenport Register of Historic Properties as the Saengerfest Halle.

The Bonaventura Heinz House is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) since 1983. Another house was also attributed to him, Bonaventura Heinz House (first), which was also listed on the NRHP in 1983. It was delisted in 2005.

Building at 813–815 W. Second Street is an historic building located near downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The building was built by Lorenz Wahle who was an associate in the German Savings Bank and had formerly worked as a grocer. The date of the building's construction is difficult to discern as the Wahle family owned two buildings on this site between 1870 and 1920. It is significant for its vaguely Neoclassical cast concrete facade, now hidden by metal siding, which is a unique feature in the city. The structure served as a warehouse until it was renovated in 2003 as a gay nightclub named "Club Fusion." In 2012, after the building had been empty for a few years, it was bought and converted into a convenience store and a bar.

Littig Brothers/Mengel & Klindt/Eagle Brewery is located in a residential and light industrial area of the west end of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983.

The Nicholas Koester Building is an historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983. The building is a two-story brick structure that sits on the southeast corner of West Third and Fillmore Streets. It is part of a small commercial district near the historic German neighborhoods and the industrial areas along the Mississippi River. It is a typical commercial building in the West End which combines commercial space on the first floor and apartments on the second floor. Previous to opening his shop, Nicholas Koester lived down the street and worked as a tinsmith. In his store he sold stoves and tin ware. Koester also lived in the residential space above. The business on the first floor continues to carry the Koester name. The building was completed in 1890 and was designed in the Italianate style. It features a decorative cornice and rectangular windows on the second floor. There is an oriel window on the Fillmore Street side of the building.

St. Joseph Catholic Church is a former Catholic parish in the Diocese of Davenport. Its former parish church is located in the west end of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The church and the rectory were listed together on the Davenport Register of Historic Properties in 1999. After serving as the location of a Reformed Baptist congregation and a private elementary school named Marquette Academy, the parish property now houses a fundamentalist Christian ministry named One Eighty.
