Holy Trinity Church, Bangalore

Trinity is a station in the Purple Line of the Namma Metro in Bangalore, India. It was opened to the public on 20 October 2011. The station was constructed by Punj Lloyd.

Halasuru Someshwara Temple is located in the neighborhood of Halasuru in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. It is one of the old temples in the city dating back to the Chola period, it is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. Major additions or modifications were made during the late Vijayanagara Empire period under the rule of Hiriya Kempe Gowda II.Someshwara temples were built by the Chalukyas of Kalyani in Karnataka. During that period we see Tamil inscriptions as a few Modaliars (Tuluva Vellala) were settled. These Modaliars, originally Tulu speaking, had settled in parts of TN especially Arcot.

The Agaram Cemetery is an old Protestant cemetery in Bangalore. Located inside the land of the Army Service Corps and behind the Army Officers Mess, it is the oldest Christian cemetery in Bangalore and is not publicly accessible. The oldest grave from 1808 is that of Sgt. Major Kelly, HM 59th Regiment of Foot. Two 40 foot ionic columns commemorate officers of his Majesty's 13th Light Dragoons. The cemetery was used until 1870. The cemetery was overgrown and was partly restored through the activism of Admiral Oscar Stanley Dawson.

The East Parade Church, consecrated in 1865, is located on Mahatma Gandhi Road, in the Bangalore Cantonment. The church comes under the Karnataka Central Diocese of the Church of South India. Started in the early 19th century as the Wesleyan Mission Chapel by Wesleyan believers of the Madras Army with Tamil and English services, the Church now has services in Tamil and Malayalam. The name East Parade comes from its location on the East of the Parade Grounds of the Madras Engineer Group (MEG) regiment. The present church building was raised in 1865, on the site of the old Wesleyan Mission Chapel, with an inscription dated 6 October 1863 marking the laying of the foundation stone.

Mahatma Gandhi Road also known as M.G. Road is a road in Bengaluru, India. It runs east from Trinity circle at one end to Anil Kumble circle at the other. Known as South Parade in pre-independence era, it was renamed as Mahatma Gandhi Road on 26 February 1948.M. G. Road is also one of the busiest roads in the city and is lined on one side with retail stores, food outlets, restaurants and many more. It has many office buildings, shops and theatres. It is also a home to many buildings and banks. There are two Metro stations on M. G. Road, the eponymous station and Trinity. Ulsoor Lake or Halasuru Lake, one of the biggest lakes in Bangalore, is located on the eastern side of the city. It derives its name from the name of the locality it is situated, namely, Halasuru, close to M G Road. It is spread over 50 ha (123.6 acres) and has several islands. Even though the lake is dated to Kempe Gowdas's time, the present lake was created by Lewin Bentham Bowring, the then Commissioner of Bangalore. A part of the lake is controlled by the Madras Engineer Group, and the rest by the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike The lake was subject to several types of pollution threats.

The Bangalore Football Stadium is a soccer-specific stadium in Bangalore, Karnataka. It was a venue in three editions of the I-League, top-tier football league in the country, and home of Bengaluru FC for one season, when they won I-League trophy in first attempt.

Ulsoor, or Halasuru, is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city of Bangalore. It is located in central Bangalore, and begins roughly near the eastern terminus of MG Road. It is renowned for its numerous temples and market.
