Shambhavi School of Dance was established in 1993 in Kengeri, Bangalore, Karnataka, India as a Gurukul for the study and practice of Indian classical dance and music. The Artistic Director of this school is Smt.Vyjayanthi Kashi who is an exponent in Kuchipudi dance form.

It was inaugurated on 29 August 2021 and commenced to the public on 30 August 2021.

Challaghatta is the elevated western terminal metro station on the East-West corridor of the Purple Line of Namma Metro in the Bangalore border, India. It is on a 2.05 km extension from Kengeri metro station. Alongside the station passes the main Bengaluru - Mysuru NH 275 Expressway which leads towards the cities of Mysore and Mangalore. Trial runs on the new Kengeri - Challaghatta section of the line commenced on 29 July 2023. The station was opened and scheduled services commenced on 9 October 2023. No inauguration ceremony was held, but the new section of line was virtually inaugurated by Prime Minister Mohdi on 20 October 2023.

Pattanagere is an elevated metro station on the East-West corridor of the Purple Line of Namma Metro serving the RV College of Engineering, RV University in Bangalore, India. To the north lies the Jnanabharathi area and to the south is the suburbs of Kengeri. It was inaugurated on 29 August 2021 and commenced to the public on 30 August 2021.

Sattva Global City (formerly Global Village Tech Park) is a software technology park in Bangalore, India. The park is situated in Rajarajeshwari Nagar off Mysore Road, behind R.V. College of Engineering. It is about 4 km away from Kengeri railway station and 1 km away from Pattanagere metro station. The park is spread over 120 acres with a total built-up area of 3.3 million sq ft. The headquarters of erstwhile Mindtree is located within the park. Global Village Tech Park was constructed and owned until 2019 by Café Coffee Day Group under its real estate arm Tanglin Developments Ltd. The tech park's value was estimated at ₹3,000 crore in 2019. In September 2019, Cafe Coffee Day Group sold the tech park for ₹2,700 crore (US$383.41 million) to a consortium owned by the Blackstone Group (80%) and Salarpuria Sattva (20%). Global Village Tech Park was consequently renamed as Sattva Global City.

Bangalore University is accredited by the NAAC with grade A in 2016 under the new grading system. Bangalore University was trifurcated into Bengaluru City University and Bengaluru North University.
