The Nicholas J. Kuhnen House is a historic building located in central Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983.

The Israel Hall House is a historic building located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. By the time this house was built, Israel Hall had retired and was serving as the secretary-treasurer of the Oakdale Cemetery Corporation. He may have used it as a boarding house as well. The two-story brick house is a late example of the Greek Revival style. The side gable is influenced by the Georgian Revival as opposed to the temple front that is more typical of the Greek Revival. The round-arch window in the attic is typical feature found in Davenport residential architecture in this era. An addition to the back of the house was built around 1895. The house features a gabled roof, while the addition featured a hipped roof. The single bay porch on the front of the house replaced a full sized porch that was also not original, but replaced the original single-bay porch. The house rests on a raised lot and is set back from the street level. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1984.

The Hiram Price/Henry Vollmer House is a historic building located on the Brady Street Hill in Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The home is named for two members of the United States House of Representatives who lived in the house, Hiram Price and Henry Vollmer, who both represented Iowa's 2nd congressional district. The building is now a part of the campus of Palmer College of Chiropractic where it houses the Office of Strategic Development.

The WOC Broadcasting Center is a historic building located just north of Downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. Robert Karlowa, a music store owner in Rock Island, Illinois, began experimenting with radio transmission in 1907. He had a Morse code broadcasting station before taking up voice broadcasting. His radiophone station was granted call letters 9-BY and in 1922 he was granted the call letters WOC. B. J. Palmer, the president of Palmer School of Chiropractic, bought the station in March of that year and moved Karlowa's equipment to Davenport. He then bought new Western Electric equipment and dedicated his new station on the Pamer campus on October 8, 1922. WOC became one of the original members of the NBC Radio Network in 1926. WOC was an AM broadcasting station, its FM station signed on the air in October 1948. Palmer applied for a television license in 1947, and WOC-TV went on the air on October 31, 1949. It was Iowa's first commercial television station. The Ed Ryan home across the street from the Palmer campus was acquired, remodeled and expanded for a broadcast studio. In 1963, the present building replaced the Ryan house on the same property. They spent more than $2 million on its construction and equipment. After Palmer Communications sold the radio stations in 1986, they moved to a new building on Davenport's eastern border with Bettendorf. WOC Broadcasting Center now houses KWQC-TV, the call letters WOC-TV changed to after the sale. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2021.

The J.W. Stewart House is a historic building located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983. J.W. Stewart, a partner in the law firm of Stewart and White, had this house built in 1865. The house was constructed in the Italianate style, but it has been substantially altered in the intervening years. It is now missing its front porch, which ran the width of the main elevation. It was dated from the early 20th-century. It is also missing a pair of short columns on high pedestals and an arched corbel table that framed the arched window on the second floor above the entrance. The round-arch entry way and the windows have also been altered.

The Daniel T. Newcome Double House, also known as Brady Manor, is a historic building located on the Brady Street Hill in Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983.

Lincoln School is located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 2002.

The Edward S. Barrows House, also known as the Capital Apartments, is a historic building located just north of downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1976. The nomination form and the National Register erroneously attribute the house to Edward S. Barrows, as all other sources give his first name as Egbert.

The Kimball–Stevenson House is a historic building located just north of downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was built in 1873 and it has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983.

Palmer College of Chiropractic is a private chiropractic college with its main campus in Davenport, Iowa. It was established in 1897 by Daniel David Palmer and was the first school of chiropractic in the world. The college's name was originally the Palmer School and Cure and later became the Palmer School of Chiropractic. Most early chiropractic schools were founded by Palmer alumni.

Argyle Flats is a historic building located on a busy thoroughfare in Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The Lucian Newhall House was a historic building located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States near the downtown area. The Italianate residence was built in 1875 by Lucian Newhall. Charles Whitaker, a contractor, bought the property in 1887 for $1,000. After Whitaker sold the house it was solely a rental four-plex, and it has subsequently been torn down. The wood-frame structure sat on a stone foundation. It featured a bracketed porch, window bays on the sides and window surrounds. The entrances to the four units sat side by side in the center of the main façade. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
