Saint Paul's Church National Historic Site is a United States National Historic Site located in Mount Vernon, New York, just north of the New York City borough of The Bronx. The site was authorized in 1978 to protect Saint Paul's Church from increasing industrialization of the surrounding area. Saint Paul's Church is one of New York's oldest parishes and was used as a military hospital after the American Revolutionary War Battle of Pell's Point in 1776. The 5-acre (20,000 m2) cemetery surrounding the church is also within the historic site and contains an estimated 9,000 burials dating from 1704.

Pelhamdale, also known as The Old Stone House of Philip Pell II, is a historic home located in Pelham Manor, Westchester County, New York. It was built about 1750 as a single story dwelling and expanded after 1823. It is a two-story, five bay, stone residence faced in coursed, rock-faced stone ranging in color from muted orange and red, to gray. It has white native sandstone Doric order columns on the front porch, lintels and sills, and a plain brick entablature. It features two 2-story bay windows flanking the main entrance. Philip Pell II was a grandson of Thomas Pell (1608–1669).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Public School 15 is a historic school in Eastchester in the Bronx, New York City. It was built in 1877 in the Victorian Gothic style. It is an H-shaped red brick building on a stone foundation. It features a central picturesque bell tower with a steep pyramidal roof topped by a weather vane. It ceased to be used as a school in the late 1970s and serves as a child care center.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981.

The Eastchester–Dyre Avenue station (signed as simply Dyre Avenue) is the northern terminal station of the IRT Dyre Avenue Line of the New York City Subway, at Dyre Avenue and Light Street (one block south of East 233rd Street) in the Eastchester neighborhood of the Bronx. It is served by the 5 train at all times.

The Pelham Memorial High School is the only high school within the town of Pelham, New York, United States. It is part of the Pelham Union Free School District. A small portion of land that is between Pelham and Pelham Bay Park, with a total of 35 houses, is a part of the Bronx, but is cut off from the rest of the borough due to the way the county boundaries were established. The New York City government pays for the residents' children to go to Pelham Union Free School District schools, including Pelham Memorial High School, since that is more cost effective than sending school buses to take the students to New York City schools. This arrangement has been in place since 1948. As of 1997 one student at Pelham Memorial lived in this section, and New York City paid Pelham School District $15,892.86 per year for that student.

The World Wide Tours bus crash took place at about 5:30 a.m. on March 12, 2011, in the southbound lanes of the New England Thruway segment of Interstate 95 within Pelham Bay Park near Split Rock at the border between the Bronx and Pelham Manor, New York. The bus was returning to Chinatown, Manhattan, from the Mohegan Sun casino in Uncasville, Connecticut. It swerved and collided with a metal sign pole, which ripped through it and tore off most of its roof. Thirteen passengers died at the scene, two died at hospitals, and all seventeen others on board were injured.

Pelham Manor is an affluent village located in Westchester County, New York, United States. As of the 2020 census, the village had a total population of 5,752. It is located in the town of Pelham.

The Nativity of Our Blessed Lady is a Roman Catholic parish church under the authority of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located at 1510 East 233rd Street and the corner of Secor Avenue, Bronx, New York in the Eastchester neighborhood of the northern Bronx. The church was designed by Don Shepherd, a designer and not an architect. The AIA Guide to New York City described it as "a minor work but one which calls attention to itself because of its location and the rusted steel crucifix that dominates the corner of the site."

Trinity Episcopal Church Complex is a historic Episcopal church complex at 335 Fourth Avenue in Mount Vernon, Westchester County, New York. It is two blocks south of its mother church, Saint Paul's Church. The complex consists of the church (1859), old parish hall (1892), new parish hall (1909; 1954), and rectory (1893). The church, old parish hall, and new parish hall are connected to form an "L" shaped building. The church was designed by Henry Dudley and built in the Gothic Revival style and enlarged and substantially redecorated in the 1880s. It is a one-story masonry structure with a steeply pitched, slate covered gable roof.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. The church closed in 2016.

Eastchester is a working-class neighborhood in the northeast Bronx in New York City. Its boundaries, starting from the north and moving clockwise are the Bronx-Westchester County border to the north, the New England Thruway to the east, Baychester Avenue to the south, and the intersection of 233rd Street and Baychester Avenue to the west. Boston Road is the primary thoroughfare through Eastchester and Dyre Avenue is the main commercial street. Eastchester includes the sub-neighborhood of Edenwald. Eastchester is part of Bronx Community Board 12, and its ZIP Codes include 10466 and 10475. The area is patrolled by the 47th Precinct of the New York City Police Department.

Manor Club is a historic clubhouse located at Pelham Manor, Westchester County, New York. It was built in 1921–1922, and is a Tudor Revival style "L"-shaped building consisting of a one-story sunroom, two-story main clubhouse, and three-story theater. The stuccoed building features half-timbering, bracketed timber entrances, and a large hipped roof. Some additions and modifications to the original building occurred in the 1930s. The building housed a local woman's club.: 5, 8 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

The Picture House Regional Film Center, formerly known as the "Pelham Picture House", is a historic movie theater located at Pelham, Westchester County, New York. The rectangular building was built in 1921, in the Spanish Revival style and is oriented at an angle at the northwest corner of Wolf's Lane and Brookside Avenue. It features angled end bays, a distinctive round arched entrance, tiled hoods over the large windows on the end bays, and a wood open truss ceiling in the auditorium. The building typifies early 20th century commercial architecture of New York City commuter suburbs with its eclectic style reflective of the Mission style.The theater was privately owned until it was put up for sale in 2003. Fearing that the historic building would be torn down, concerned Westchester citizens formed a nonprofit (originally Pelham Picture House Preservation, the name was changed to The Picture House Regional Film Center in 2005) and bought the building. The Picture House operates with film and education programming at the 175 Wolfs Lane location and in area schools. The theater also hosts birthday parties.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.
