The Foundation for the Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense Works and Values (Persian: بنیاد حفظ آثار و نشر ارزش‌های دفاع مقدس) is one of the institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the aim of preserving the relics and disseminating the values of the Sacred Defense (Iran-Iraq war known by Iranians as the "Sacred Defence" or "Holy Defense") and promoting the culture of resistance, self-sacrifice, jihad and martyrdom. With the establishment of this agency, all the powers, duties, manpower, facilities and equipment of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance in the Deputy of Tax Affairs and tax departments were transferred to it.This organization is one of the most lucrative government organizations in Iran and has been the first depositor to the country's treasury since 2015, surpassing the National Iranian Oil Company; So that in the annual budgeting, a very high percentage of the revenues of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance and the current budget of the country is obtained by this organization.The importance and major role of this organization in managing the economic, financial and commercial affairs of Iran and prosperity of the private sector and direction of economic and commercial activities is undeniable.
