The Melli Bank, University of Tehran Branch, was designed by Danish architect Jørn Utzon, famed for his Sydney Opera House. The three-storey rectangular building on Enghelab Street near the centre of Tehran, Iran, was completed in 1962.

Calligraphy Museum of Iran is an art museum in Tehran Province. It opened on August 19, 2017. The museum has about 200 works on public display, which include calligraphy pieces, manuscripts, calligraphy tools and other objects related to the art of calligraphy. The historical period of the artworks covers from the third hijri century to the beginning of the Pahlavi period.

Pol-e-Choobi Synagogue or Talmood Torah is a synagogue located near the Sepah Square in Tehran, Iran.

Fakhr-ol-dowleh mosque (Persian: مسجد فخرالدوله) or Fakhr mosque, originally named Amin-ol-dowleh mosque (Persian: مسجد امین‌الدوله), is a historic mosque in Fakhrabad street in the Shemiran Gate neighborhood, Tehran. It was designed and built by Nikolai Markov in 1949. Fakhr-ol-dowleh, daughter of Naser al-Din Shah, was the founder of the mosque and named it after her father-in-law, Amin-ol-dowleh. However, the mosque is now called Fakhr or Fakhr-ol-dowleh, after its founder. Some minor and major changes were made to the building over the years, and some parts of it have been damaged due to the construction in the frontage of the building, and the passing of subway trains heading to and coming from the Darvazeh Shemiran Metro Station.

Kharazmi University (Abbreviation: KHI) (Persian: دانشگاه خوارزمی, Daneshgah-e Xuarazmi) [Former Name: Tehran University of Teacher Training (Persian: دانشگاه تربیت معلم سابق)] is a major public research university in Iran, KHI named after Khwarizmi (c. 780–850), Persian mathematician, astronomer and geographer, offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in a variety of disciplines. KHI is considered as the oldest institution of higher education in Iran. It was established in 1919 as the Central Teachers' Institute and gained university status as Tarbiat Moallem University of Tehran in 1974. It changed its name to Kharazmi University on January 31, 2012.In 2015, the University of Economic Sciences (founded in 1936) was merged into Kharazmi University as its faculty of management, faculty of financial sciences and faculty of economics. The university has two main campuses, the main campus including administration offices located in Tehran, another is in the Hesarak district of Karaj.Currently, KHI accepts students in various fields of basic sciences, humanities, literature education and engineering at different levels from bachelor's to doctorate even post-doctorate and higher levels. kharazmi is one of the state universities affiliated to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran, which is named after Mohammad bin Musa Khwarazmi, an Iranian scientist of the 3rd century AH, and is located in Tehran and a campus in the city of Karaj, the capital of Alborz province. This university has changed its name several times. The president of this university is Ali Hasan Beigi and the founder of university is Isa Seddigh.This old university was registered in the list of national monuments of Iran by UNESCO on the first date of Mehr month 1382 AH under number 10410.The architect of the KHI university is the Russian engineer Markov. Among the construction materials used in the construction of this building, plastering, tiling, inscriptions, etc. can be mentioned. KHI School of Engineering and business school won international rankings of 601-800th in 2019, 2020, and 2021 in 351-400. in 2023 8th in Iran and 400-451 in the world. It ranked 6th and 10th in industrial incomes among Iranian universities Especially Business school in 2020 and Civil Engineering, Economy Education And MBA.

Darvazeh Shemiran Metro Station is the junction of Tehran Metro Line 2 and Tehran Metro Line 4. It is located in junction of Baharestan Street and Mazandaran Street and Namjou Street nad Sepah Street. It is between Imam Hossein Metro Station and Baharestan Metro Station in Line 2 and Meydan-e Shohada Metro Station and Darvazeh Dowlat Metro Station in Line 4.

Darvazeh Dowlat Metro Station is the junction of Tehran Metro Line 1 and Tehran Metro Line 4. It is located in the junction of Enghelab Street, Saadi Street and Dr. Mofatteh Street. It is between Panzdah-e-Khordad Metro Station and Saadi Metro Station in Line 1 and Mellat Metro Station and Hasan Abad Metro Station. This station is a crowded station because it has connections to Tarbiat Modares University, Ferdowsi Shoe Bazar, Enghelab Book Bazar and Tehran Bus BRT1.

Sepehr Tower (Persian: برج سپهر) is a 115 metre high building in Tehran, Iran. Sepehr Tower was Tehran's tallest building at the time of its completion at 33 floors. It is located in Somayyeh St. close to the junction of Taleghani Ave and Dr. Mofatteh Street at coordinates 35°42′22″N 51°25′38″E. The construction of the Tower was delayed for years due to the 1979 revolution. It now houses the head offices of Saderat Bank of Iran.

Soroush Cinema (Persian: سینما سروش; formerly known as: Moulin Rouge Cinema, Persian: سینما مولن روژ) is one of the old cinemas of Tehran which opened on October 15, 1956. The first movie showed in this cinema was Trapeze. Moulin Rouge cinema was designed by Heydar Ghiai, a pioneer of modern architecture in Iran. The Chain Cinemas of Moulin Rouge included eight cinemas which founded by akhavan brothers in 1955. These cinemas were named Mahtab, Berelian, zohre, Crystal and Moulin Rouge. These cinemas showed movies from Paramount Pictures and United Artists studios. This cinema is located in Shariati Street. It has been closed for a short time due to renovation and opened again in August 2013.The first movie shown in this cinema after renovation was Shahr-e Moush-ha 2 The new Cinema Soroush has three saloons with capacity of 330, 200 and 100 person each.
