Sviatoshynskyi Raion (Ukrainian: Святошинський район, romanized: Sviatoshynskyi raion) is an urban district in the city of Kyiv located at the western part of city. The district was created in 2001 after renaming the former Leningrad District. It borders four other districts in Kyiv such as Podilskyi District, Obolonskyi District, Solomianskyi District, Shevchenkivskyi District as well as Bucha Raion that administratively is part of Kyiv Oblast. It takes its name from the historical neighbourhood of Sviatoshyn, named for the 12th century Prince Mykola Sviatosha.

Sviatoshyn (Ukrainian: Свято́шин, romanized: Svjatóšyn, pronounced [sʲw(j)ɐˈtɔʃɪn]; also Свято́шино or Свято́шине) is a historical neighborhood and a suburb of Ukraine's capital Kyiv that is located on the western edge of the city area, in an eponymous municipality. Previously it was a dacha village (summer colony) in a pine grove which was included into the Kyiv city council area in 1919.

Zhytomyrska (Ukrainian: Житомирська, ) is a Kyiv Metro station on Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska Line. The station was opened on 24 May 2003 as part of the westward extension of the Sviatoshynsky radius along with its neighbour Akademmistechko. Designed by the architects V.Gnevyshev, T.Tselikovskaya and N.Aleshkin, the station was the first on the line to be built to a single-vault design "walls in earth", i.e. where the walls of the station pit are incorporated into the design, and the main vault rests on top of them, thus saving time and resources for construction. In its decoration, marble is used on the walls (white and red) and on the floor. Lighting comes from suspended fluorescent tubes, and the station features catamaran-style rises on the walls where the station name is displayed. Presently the station is the most westwards on the main Peremohy Avenue, and is only a few kilometres from Kyiv's circular motorway separating the city and Kyiv Oblast. The avenue then becomes the M17 (E40) intercity motorway and continues westwards into Western Ukraine including the city of Zhytomyr (for which the station is named). As a result, it receives a moderate passenger traffic from the regional areas. As of the events during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, this station is not operated and used as a bomb shell place.

Deputatska Street is a street located in Sviatoshynskyi district of the city of Kyiv, areas of Sviatoshyn, Aviamistechko. The street covers the area from Heroes Square of Brest to Nikolai Krasnov Street. It was formed in the middle of the twentieth century under the name.

The G. V. Kurdyumov Institute for Metal Physics (IMP) of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Ukrainian: Інститут металофізики ім. Г. В. Курдюмова Національної академії наук України) – scientific institution, the largest in Ukraine and Europe center of basic research in the field of metal physics, is one of the oldest research institutions of physical science within the Academy. It is named after Georgy Kurdyumov, a Soviet metallurgist and physicist. Currently, the Institute employs more than 250 researchers (together with several Full Members and Corresponding Members of the NASU) and around 150 peoples of supporting personnel. It has more than 20 scientific units (including the state-of-the-art hardware) which are grouped around several research programs. Traditionally, the Institute is focused on fundamental research. At the same time, applied research on metals, their alloys, and related nanotechnologies strengthen the Institute's activities. The IMP is consistently ranked at the top of national academic institutions ranking. Besides, international reputation of IOP is growing constantly as prominent scientists from the Institute expand their activity to leading foreign research centers and universities.

Kyiv International School (KIS) is a private international school located in Kyiv, Ukraine. Since 1992, it provides modern, robust learning experience serving the city's expatriate, diplomatic and business communities. The school is a member of Quality Schools International(QSI), a consortium of nonprofit college-preparatory schools following an American-style, international curriculum. It is a current member of CEESA, Central and Eastern European Schools Association. The school operates with the approval of the Ukrainian government and offers a PreK - Grade 12 education in the English language, including a DP International Baccalaureate program as well as Advanced Placement courses. The school year is from August to June. The academic program uses a Performance-Based Mastery Learning approach to learning. It is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.It also has scholarship contracts, and follows an A, B, P, D, H grading. The school offers instruction in five languages (French, German, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian). These courses are offered at a variety of levels from 6yo - 17yo within the context of the school’s language curriculum, and IB and AP programs for non-native and native speakers.

Akademmistechko (Ukrainian: Академмiстечко, ) is a station on Kyiv Metro's Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska Line. The station is the western terminus of the line and was opened on May 24, 2003 as part of the western extension of the Sviatoshynsky radius. The station is a bi-level pillar-trispan, with two balconies on the top level. Named after the nearby laboratories (literally Academical town) of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, and test centres, the station's design (Architects V. Gnevyshev, Tamara Tselikovska, N. Aleshkin and S. Krushinsky) is based on scientific themes. The lighting for instance consists of several chandeliers, arranged in an organic element layout with the actual lamps acting as atoms. Overall the colour tone of the station is pale white from the marble used in coating with additional yellow tints on the hemispherical balconies and the staircases. Blue rails are used for the balcony details. Unlike other stations on the radius, Akademmistechko does not follow the Beresteiskyi avenue but instead takes a northwards turn and is located near the intersection of Academican Palladin avenue and Academican Vernadsky boulevard. The area receives mostly local passengers, thus avoiding unnecessary congestion with non-Kyivans that come from outside of the city via Zhytomyrska. The station has two vestibules which are interlinked with subways on both sides of the intersection. There is also a third staircase to the balcony level from the centre of the platform. On the surface, the entrances are protected from the elements by glazed pavilions. The segment Sviatoshyn–Akademmistechko completed the development plan of the Sviatoshynsky radius; no extensions are planned after this station.

Sviatoshyn (Ukrainian: Святошин, ) is a station on Kyiv Metro's Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska Line. The station was opened on 5 November 1971, and is named after Kyiv's Sviatoshyn neighborhood. It was designed by H.V. Holovko, N.S. Kolomiiets, and M.M. Syrkin. The station was formerly known as Sviatoshyno (Ukrainian: Святошино). The station is shallow underground, along with the Beresteiska and the Nyvky stations, which are the first stations of the Kyiv Metro system that are not lain deep underground. The station consists of a central hall with rows of circular columns near the platforms. On the tiled walls along the tracks is an "abstract" motif. The entrance to the station is connected with passenger tunnels on both ends of the station, passing under the Peremohy Prospekt (Victory Avenue). The western exit is connected to the Sviatoshyn Railway Station.

Zhulia Verna (Ukrainian: Жуля Верна; until 2023, Romena Rollana) is a station on the Kyiv Light Rail. It was opened in 1977. From September 30, 2019, Romena Rollana serves as the final stop of tram routes No 2 and No 3 during the reconstruction of Kiltseva Doroha.

Borshchahivka (Ukrainian: Борщагі́вка) is a neighborhood located to the west and south-west of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. It is part of the city's Sviatoshynskyi District. The neighborhood is named after a large village that was founded at the site. The contemporary urban look comes from the 1960s and 1970s. The neighborhood is divided into two sections: Mykilska and Pivdenna (South) Borshchahivka. A village named Petropavlivska Borshchahivka also exists nearby, but it does not belong to Kyiv. A fast tram line connects Borshchahivka with Kyiv's central railway station. In Polish Slownik geograficzny (Geographic Dictionary), there is a mentioning of locality named as Borzakowszczyzna near Pyrohiv (Pirogow), which is a property of Kyiv Cave Monastery. The locality was named after the monasterial scribe Vasyl Borzakiv. At the same time, the dictionary has another term "Borszczhowka" which is described as an old urban place from old princely Ruthenia belonging to Witold Svidrigiello and later Princely House of Olelkovich. This Borszczahowka is stretching from the mouth of river Horikhuvatka towards Ros River, on the administrative border between counties Skvyra and Tarashcha.

Kiltseva Doroha (Ukrainian: Кільцева дорога) is a station on the Kyiv Light Rail. It was opened in 1977.

Sviatoshyn Airfield (Ukrainian Аеродром «Святошин»), formerly known as Svyatoshino, is an industrial airfield in Kyiv, Ukraine, located 11 km northwest of city center. It is part of the Antonov Serial Production Plant, surrounded by the districts of Sviatoshyn, Nyvky, and Bilychi. Sviatoshyn Airfield sometimes hosts Kyiv's aviation events such as shows or festivals, but otherwise remains inaccessible to the public. The city's main aviation museum is located near the Zhuliany Airport. As of 14 March 14 2022, the airport began taking heavy bombardment from invading Russian forces trying to advance further to the Ukrainian capital during the Battle of Kyiv, receiving severe damage.
