Tsuen Wan

Nina Tower is a twin tower of 80-storey and 42-storey high-rise buildings in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong near Tsuen Wan West station. The tower was designed to be the tallest tower in the world at 518 m (1,699 ft). However, due to its location near Chek Lap Kok Airport, the height was restricted to the current 319.8 m (1,049 ft). The owner of Chinachem Group later changed her plan and broke it into two towers. The lower is known as Nina Tower, symbolising the late Nina Wang or Kung Yu Sum natively, the owner of Chinachem Group; the higher is Teddy Tower, symbolising her husband Teddy Wang, who was kidnapped and has since disappeared. Despite the different tower names, the whole development is called Nina Tower. The complex is home to a 1608-room premium hotel, Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, office space, shopping mall and convention & event space. Sky Lobby is located at the 41st floor which connects the 2 towers. The head office of Chinachem Group and Nina Hospitality Company Limited are located at the complex. In March 2021, L’hotel Group has been renamed Nina Hospitality to unveil its brand transformation. The complex contains the head office of Chinachem.

Sha Tsui (Chinese: 沙咀/沙嘴) was a headland in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. It was situated at the west end of the old town of Tsuen Wan. The main road, Sha Tsui Road in the town centre of Tsuen Wan New Town is named after it.

Tsuen Wan Park (Chinese: 荃灣公園) is a park in Hong Kong. It is located in Wing Shun Street/Yeung Uk Road near Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier in Tsuen Wan, New Territories. The park was opened to the public on 30 October 1998. It is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong government. The park opens from 6:30 (6:30 am) to 23:00 (11:00 pm) daily.

Tsuen Wan Transport Complex (Chinese: 荃灣運輸大樓) was a large transport hub in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. There was a bus terminus and taxi stand on the ground floor; on top sat a multi-storey car park.

Citywalk (Chinese: 荃新天地) is one of the largest shopping centres in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is located at Yeung Uk Road, beneath Vision City (Chinese: 萬景峰) and opposite to Nina Tower, one of the tallest buildings in Hong Kong. It is jointly developed by Sino Land and Urban Renewal Authority. It was opened in December 2007.The shopping mall offers shops on fashion, accessories, jewelry, lifestyle, food and beverage. It is the first "green" shopping mall in Hong Kong. It has "Citywalk Piazza" (Chinese: 花園廣場) and "Vertical Garden" (Chinese: 直立花園) at the centre of the mall, with landscaped water features and a hybrid chiller system to improve air quality and recycles waste water respectively.

Skyline Plaza (Chinese: 灣景廣場) is a private housing estate and shopping mall in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. It is close to the Tsuen Wan Town Hall, Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier, Nina Tower and MTR Tsuen Wan West station. It was developed by the Henderson Land Development in April 1995.

Vision City (Chinese: 萬景峯) is a residential high-rise development located in the Tsuen Wan district of the New Territories in Hong Kong, China. The complex consists of five towers, each of which ranks among the tallest buildings in the city. The tallest buildings in the complex are Vision City 2 and Vision City 3, which both rise 195 metres (640 ft) and 52 floors. The towers are tied as the 67th-tallest buildings in Hong Kong. Towers 1 and 5 rise 192 metres (630 ft) and 52 floors, standing as the 70th-tallest buildings in the city. Tower 6 rises 50 floors and 183 metres (600 ft) high, and is the city's 90th-tallest building. The entire complex was completed in 2007. The five towers, composed entirely of residential units, rise out of a common podium that is used for retail space. Vision City contains 1,446 condominiums and 138,000 square metres (1,490,000 sq ft) of floor area.

Tsuen Wan Town Hall is a town hall in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Originally it was intended to be located near Tsuen Wan station of the MTR, but it was re-located near the former Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier and Tsuen Wan Magistracy, between Tai Ho Road and Yuen Tun Circuit in late 1970s. The town hall was completed in 1980.

Tsuen Wan Plaza (Chinese: 荃灣廣場) is a private housing estate and shopping mall in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, located near the MTR Tsuen Wan West station, Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier, Nina Tower, Skyline Plaza, Citywalk and Citywalk 2. It is one of the largest shopping malls in the district. Built on the reclaimed land of the old Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier, it was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties in 1992. A large-scale renovation was completed from 2005 to 2009.There are a wide variety of retail shops in the plaza, including a Yata department store replacing the former JUSCO which moved to the nearby Skyline Plaza. Tsuen Wan Plaza also has a variety of restaurants and leisure and entertainment facilities including a Broadway Circuit cinema and a 23,000-square-foot (2,100 m2) outdoor children's playground.

Concord Square (Chinese: 協和廣場) is a shopping centre in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Formerly the old buildings and villages in Tai Uk Wai (Chinese: 大屋圍), The Blue Yard (built in 2002) and the shopping centre were portions of Tsuen Wan Seven Street Redevelopment Project (Chinese: 荃灣七街重建計劃). It was completed in 2003 and developed by Concord Land Development Company Limited. A Wellcome supermarket is at its basement.

Clague Garden Estate (Chinese: 祈德尊新邨) is a Flat-for-Sale Scheme public housing estate in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong located on reclaimed land near Tsuen Wan Pier and MTR Tsuen Wan West station. It now consists of three residential buildings, built in 1989 by Hong Kong Housing Society. It offers 552 flats for rent and 926 under the Flat-for-Sale Scheme. Many early residents were resettled from the Four Seasons Estate, a nearby public housing estate that was demolished in 1990.

Tsuen Wan West is an underground MTR station in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is located between Mei Foo and Kam Sheung Road stations on the Tuen Ma line. There is an emergency platform on the southern side of the station. There is a large bus and minibus interchange above the station, connecting it with most residential areas, factories, as well as shopping centres in the area. However, during the early days of operation the station has had little passenger traffic. Only a small number of residents in a few nearby residential estates and workers from nearby factories use the station. However, with the opening of new developments in central Tsuen Wan such as the 80 storey Nina Tower, Vision City, and City Point, traffic has increased. Additional MTR property development on nearby lands has also commenced circa 2014. These projects should also bolster the station's ridership. It should be noticed that although the station is in the same region as Tsuen Wan station, the two stations have different fares. For example, passengers have to pay HK$1.7-4.0 more if they are going to Hong Kong Island, although it is faster and more convenient. Only out-of-system interchange is available for the pair.
