Small Adzhalyk Estuary

Pivdennyi Seaport (prior to 2017 it was named: Yuzhnyi) is a commercial seaport in the Ukrainian city of Yuzhne near Odesa, on the Black Sea coast. It is the largest and most profitable port of Ukraine. According to the American Association of Port Authorities it was ranked the 91st (48,582 thousand tons) in 2015 in terms of total cargo turnover among the world's ports. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Seaports of Ukraine," the functions of the seaport administration are performed by the Southern branch of the state enterprise of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.

Novi Biliari (Ukrainian: Нові Білярі; Russian: Новые Беляры) is a rural settlement in Odesa Raion of Odesa Oblast in Ukraine. It belongs to Yuzhne urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: 182 (2022 estimate)Novi Biliari is located on the right bank of the Small Adzhalyk Estuary, east of the city of Odesa.

Chornomorske settlement hromada (Ukrainian: Чорноморська селищна громада) is a hromada in Odesa Raion of Odesa Oblast in southwestern Ukraine. Population: 7,910 (2020 est.) The hromada consists of a rural settlement of Chornomorske and a village of Hvardiyske.

Khimik Yuzhne (Ukrainian: Хімік Южне) is a Ukrainian professional basketball club that is based in Yuzhne. The club plays in the Ukrainian Basketball SuperLeague. In 2006, the club reached the final of the EuroCup Challenge, where they were defeated by Ural Great Perm.

Yuzhne hosts the administration of Yuzhne urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. It is situated on the country's Black Sea coast. Population: 32,677 (2022 estimate).Initially created as a settlement of the Odesa Portside Plant in the Small Adzhalyk Estuary, since 1981 it was transformed into a suburb of Odesa within the Suvorovsky District of the city. From the Southern Marine Terminal of the city port, the Odesa–Brody pipeline takes its beginning towards the Western Ukraine. Until 18 July 2020, Yuzhne was incorporated as a city of oblast significance. In July 2020, as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Odesa Oblast to seven, the city of Yuzhne was merged into newly established Odesa Raion.The city's port Pivdennyi (formerly Yuzhnyi) is an internationally important oil terminal, and one of Ukraine's top three ports, with Odesa and Chornomorsk. These three nearby port cities have grown into a single conurbation, and Yuzhne is considered a satellite of Odesa.

Chornomorske (Ukrainian: Чорноморське) is a rural settlement in Odesa Oblast of Ukraine. Before 1978 it was known as Hvardiyske village. It hosts the administration of Chornomorske settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. The 28th Mechanized Brigade is stationed in the settlement. Its population is 7,016 (2022 estimate).

Dofinivka Estuary, Great Adzhalyk Estuary, or Dofinivskyi Lyman (Ukrainian: Дофінівський лиман, Великий Аджалицький лиман, Russian: Дофиновский лиман, Большой Аджалыцкий лиман, Turkish: Büyük Adcalik liman), is a brackish water area in South Ukraine, in 12 km to east from Odessa. The water body is an estuary of small steppe river Great Adzhalyk, which inflows to the estuary in northern part. The length of the estuary is about 8 km, width about 1 km. The water body is very shallow, maximal depth is 1.2 m, but average less than 0.5 m. It is separated from the Black Sea by the sandbar. It is artificially connected with the sea by a tube, about 1 m in diameter, since July 2001. The estuary is the shallowest water body in the north-western Black Sea.

Vapniarka (Ukrainian: Вапнярка) is a village in Ukraine, Odesa Oblast, Odesa Raion. It belongs to Fontanka rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Vapniarka has a population of 731. The village was formed because of the Constituency 139 of Ukraine. Until 18 July 2020, Vapniarka belonged to Lyman Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Odesa Oblast to seven. The area of Lyman Raion was split between Berezivka and Odesa Raions, with Vapniarka transferred to Odesa Raion.

Koshary (Ukrainian: Кошари) is a village in Odesa Raion, Odesa Oblast (province) of south-western Ukraine. It forms part of Yuzhne urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. It is situated on the country's Black Sea coast and the Tylihul Estuary. The ancient city of Odessos is thought to be located near Koshary.

Fontanka School of social rehabilitation is a school and orphanage for delinquent children where they receive care to improve their pedagogical, psychological and physical health. The school of social rehabilitation is located close to Odessa city, 4 kilometers north of Odessa Kotovskiy (Kotovskogo) District, in the small village of Fontanka on the coast of the Black Sea. It is the only school in Ukraine that conducts scientific research in the field of Psychology and Pedagogy of delinquent children. The school has won multiple awards for its scientific research achievements. The pupils of the school obtain secondary education, labor and vocational skills, which gives them the opportunity to continue their education in colleges or universities or find job in Ukraine once they have graduated from the Fontanka School. The director of the school, Vyacheslav Viktorovich Baranov, was enmeshed in a scandal about the death of a student, Misha Nikitin.

Fontanka (Ukrainian: Фонтанка) is a village in Odesa Raion, Odesa Oblast (province) of Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Fontanka rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Dachne was previously located in Lyman Raion until it was abolished and its territory was merged into Odesa Raion on 18 July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Odesa Oblast to seven.

Fontanka rural hromada (Ukrainian: Фонтанська сільська громада) is a hromada in Odesa Raion of Odesa Oblast in southwestern Ukraine. Population: 13,079 (2020 est.) The hromada consists of two rural settlement (Lisky and Svitle), and 5 villages: Vapniarka Kryzhanivka Nova Dofinivka Oleksandrivka Fontanka (seat of administration)
