Allenswood Boarding Academy (also known as Allenswood Academy or Allenswood School) was an exclusive girls' boarding school founded in Wimbledon, London, by Marie Souvestre in 1883 and operated until the early 1950s, when it was demolished and replaced with a housing development.

Wandsworth School was a local authority maintained boys' secondary school in Southfields, London. Established in 1895, it became a selective grammar school, then an all-ability comprehensive school, before merging in 1986 and finally closing in 1991. From the 1960s it became well known for its choir.

Saint Cecilia's Church of England School (commonly referred to as 'Saint Cecilia's') is a Church of England secondary school in Southfields, south-west London. It opened in 2003 as Saint Cecilia's, Wandsworth Church of England School, and was renamed on 1 March 2015. Music and Mathematics are the school's specialisms.

Southfields is a London Underground station in Southfields in the London Borough of Wandsworth. The station is on the District line between East Putney and Wimbledon Park stations. The station is located on Wimbledon Park Road at the junction with Augustus Road and Replingham Road. It is in Travelcard Zone 3. Southfields is the most convenient station from which to reach the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, venue of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships; Wimbledon Park station is slightly closer as the crow flies but requires a longer walk. During the tournament, more than three times the usual numbers of passengers pass through the station.

The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability, in Putney, South West London, is an independent medical charity that provides rehabilitation and long-term care to people with complex neurological disabilities caused by damage to the brain or other parts of the nervous system. This damage is often caused by traffic accidents and progressive neurological conditions such as Huntington's disease and multiple sclerosis. The chief executive is Paul Allen. The hospital is a Grade II-listed building.

No. 1 Court is a tennis court at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, Wimbledon, London. Opened in 1997, it is used primarily for the Wimbledon Championships. It also occasionally plays host to Great Britain's Davis Cup home ties, as Centre Court is reserved for the Grand Slam tournament, with the one exception of the 2012 Olympic Games. With a capacity of 12,345, it replaced the original, now-demolished No. 1 Court, which had stood on the west side of Centre Court since 1924, with a spectator capacity of 7,328. The old court was replaced by the Millennium Building, the media centre and facilities for players, members, and officials.

Aorangi Terrace, commonly known as "Henman Hill", alongside a series of other nicknames, is a mostly grassed banked area in the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club where, during the annual Wimbledon tennis championships, crowds of people without showcourt tickets can watch the tennis matches live on a giant television screen at the side of No. 1 Court. During television broadcasts of matches, cameras often sweep over the area, and sports journalists frequently conduct vox pops and interviews with members of the crowd. The terrace is also the main site for spectators to eat picnics.Aorangi Terrace's nickname of Henman Hill emerged in the late 1990s when British supporters would congregate to watch the matches of Tim Henman at the site. The hill is frequently given other alliterative nicknames relating to British players competing at Wimbledon (Rusedski Ridge, Murray Mound, Heather Hill, Konta Contour, Raducanu Rise, Raducanu Ridge, etc.) but Henman Hill has remained the most commonly used phrase.

The Fazl mosque (English: The Grace Mosque) also known as The London mosque, is the first purpose-built mosque in London, England. It was opened on 23 October 1926 in Southfields, Wandsworth. At a cost of £6,223, the construction of the place and the purchase of the land on which it stands, was funded by the donations of Ahmadi Muslims. Between 1984 and 2019 the Fazl Mosque was the residence of the caliphs of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, and therefore its de facto international headquarters. The administrative headquarters now lies at the site of the Islamabad, Tilford.

Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum (WLTM) is the largest tennis museum in the world. The museum was inaugurated at The Championships centenary event in 1977. On 12 April 2006, The Duke of Kent declared the brand new Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum open to the public inside the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis Club. This museum has exhibits and artefacts dating back to 1555 as well as touch screen computer consoles for visitors to interact with. Memorabilia from many famous players from Victorian times up to present day are included in exhibits which change seasonally. The museum allows Museum guests to experience the atmosphere of Centre Court, except for the period around The Championships. Guided tours led by Blue Badge guides are also available which take visitors behind the scenes of the All England Lawn Tennis Club. Audio guides are also available. WLTM is open year-round to the public except during The Championships week where entry is available to tournament ticket holders only.

Wimbledon Park is the name of an urban park in Wimbledon and also of the suburb south and east of the park and the Wimbledon Park tube station. The park itself is 27 hectares (67 acres) in area. The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club is immediately to the west of the park. Wimbledon Park is not part of Wimbledon Common, which is situated further to the west up the hill.

A statue of Fred Perry stands in the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon in south-west London. It was sculpted by David Wynne.

Wimbledon Cricket Club Ground is a cricket ground in Wimbledon, London. The ground is located opposite the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, famous for hosting the Wimbledon Championships. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1891, when Wimbledon played Marlborough Blues. In constant use from 1891 to the present day, the ground has also hosted several Second XI Championship fixtures for the Surrey Second XI. The ground has held a single List-A match, which came in the 1999 NatWest Trophy and was between the Surrey Cricket Board and Cheshire.In local domestic cricket, the venue is the home ground of Wimbledon Cricket Club who play in the Surrey Championship. The club has used the ground since 1854.
