Zorlu Center is a multiple-use complex in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul, Turkey containing an upscale shopping mall, a five-star Raffles hotel and a Cinemaximum megaplex, as well as residences and offices. It is home to Zorlu PSM, the largest performing arts center in the country, as well as the country's first Apple Store.Built in 2013 to a design by Emre Arolat Architects and Tabanlıoğlu Architects, the center is situated at the junction of the European connection of the Bosphorus Bridge and Büyükdere Avenue, which runs through the central business districts of Levent and Maslak.

Zorlu PSM (Turkish: Zorlu Performans Sanatları Merkezi, English: Zorlu Performing Arts Center) inside Zorlu Center is currently the largest dedicated performing arts theatre and concert hall in Istanbul, Turkey. It is located in the Beşiktaş district on the European side of the city, near the junction between Barbaros Boulevard and Büyükdere Avenue, in close proximity to Levent. The multi-venue facility was designed by Turkish architect Emre Arolot, with the two main theaters designed by Anne Minors. The entire facility measures approximately 55,000 sq. meters (595,000 sq. ft.) and includes gallery and exhibition spaces, public lobby spaces, a VIP Lounge, five levels of administrative and stage support spaces, and one of the largest mainstage areas in Europe. The complex opened in October 2013 under the leadership of Founding CEO Ray Cullom with an extended run of the West End Musical Jersey Boys. Zorlu PSM hosts a variety of art and culture events, including shows, musicals and artists and bands. Zorlu PSM is seen to play an important role in turning the city into a centre of attraction. It aims to become one of the most prestigious art centres in Europe and the world. Focusing on the universality, diversity and richness of arts since its launch in October 2013, Zorlu PSM hosted more than 2 million individuals in 5,000 events between 2013 and 2018. Creating an environment that generates approximately 15% of the arts, culture and entertainment industry in Turkey, Zorlu PSM also offers a lively socializing platform for its guests.

The Ulus Ashkenazi Jewish Cemetery (Turkish: Ulus Aşkenazi Musevi Mezarlığı) is a burial ground of the Ashkenazi Jewish community in Istanbul, Turkey. However, it is also used today for Sephardi burials due to overpopulation of the nearby Ulus Sephardi Jewish Cemetery (Turkish: Ulus Sefarad Musevi Mezarlığı), which is about 500 m (1,600 ft) north of the Ashkenazi Jewish Cemetery on the same street.It was established in the beginning of the 1900s during the Ottoman Empire era in Arnavutköy neighborhood of Beşiktaş district on the city's European side.The cemetery is situated today in an area, which developed in the history from a countryside to an upscale neighborhood called Ulus. It was reported that due to the location of the cemetery in the city's one of the most expensive quarters, only wealthy people are interred in the ultra-luxury Ulus Cemetery while people, who can not afford the very high amount of donation requested for a resting place, are transferred to the cemetery in Kilyos, which lies around 40 km (25 mi) far away from the city center in northern part of Istanbul. Çiftçi Towers is a mixed-use complex of two skyscrapers in the Gayrettepe neighborhood of the Beşiktaş district in Istanbul, Turkey. It comprises the Çiftçi Tower A (194 m / 45 floors) and Çiftçi Tower B (194 m / 45 floors). The towers are among the tallest skyscrapers on the European side of Istanbul and have a prominent visual presence on the city's skyline at the junction of Levent, Zincirlikuyu and Gayrettepe (Istanbul Metro). The buildings were designed by John McAslan of John McAslan and Partners.

Raffles Istanbul is a 5-star hotel in Istanbul that is managed by Raffles Hotels & Resorts. The hotel opened on September 1, 2014. Designed by Emre Arolat & Tabanlıoğlu Architecture, the hotel has a height of 134 meters, making it one of Istanbul’s most noticeable buildings.

Zincirlikuyu is a station on the Istanbul Metrobus Bus rapid transit line. It is located beneath Barbaros Boulevard and between the Istanbul Inner Beltway in south Levent. The station is a terminus for three of the seven Metrobus bus routes, leading to frequent transfers between Buses. A connection to the M2 of the Istanbul Metro is available as well as several city bus lines. Due to its location near the city's main financial district, Zincirlikuyu is one of the busiest stations on the Metrobus system. The station was opened on 8 September 2008 as part of the ten station eastward expansion of the line.

Zincirlikuyu is a quarter of the Şişli district on the European side of Istanbul, Turkey. Part of Esentepe neighborhood, it is situated on a hilltop on the district border to Beşiktaş in the east. Having undergone redevelopment in recent years, the area is also a busy bus hub. Zincirlikuyu is known as a major junction, where Barbaros Boulevard coming from Beşiktaş meets Büyükdere Avenue in direction to Levent, and crosses over the motorway O-1 connecting the Bosphorus Bridge with another important hub Mecidiyeköy.

Parabolos was a town of ancient Thrace on the Bosphorus, inhabited during Roman times.Its site is located north of Defterdar Burnu in European Turkey.

The F4, officially referred to as the F4 Boğaziçi Üni./Hisarüstü–Aşiyan funicular line (Turkish: F4 Boğaziçi Üni./Hisarüstü–Aşiyan füniküler hattı) is a 850 m (2,790 ft) long funicular railway, currently under construction, in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. When completed in June-2022, it will become the fourth funicular line in Istanbul as well as the longest, surpassing the F3 line by 100 m (330 ft). The F4 line will traverse a height difference of about 116.1 m (381 ft) and total travel time is estimated at 2 minutes and 30 seconds.The line will begin at Boğaziçi Üniversitesi station and head east to Aşiyan along the Bosporus. Connection to the M6 line at Boğaziçi Üniversitesi will be available. The entrance to Boğaziçi Üniversitesi station will be constructed next to the main entrance to Boğaziçi University.
